What a bunch of liars you can never spend it or get a discount. You load some items and you have to pay for them anyway. No nothing is true on this website. Look closely at what you are buying. If they do not show you in the description of a product, the measurements and what the product is made of and the quantity clearly stated, otherwise DO NOT BUY IT!!! Latest promotion was 3 items for a penny each..fair enough but you had to purchase £10 worth of items..again fair enough..HOWEVER you THEN have to go through that process again and again..I've ended up spending £65.00 in order to qualify for the 3 items for a penny deal..very misleading. On a lighter note though that's 75%of my Xmas shopping done 🤣

I bought an incinerator from Temu. 90 litre mrtal bin. The metal is very thin. I burned a lot of papers, cardboard etc in it and noticed it was starting to buckle and nearly topple over. Very dangerous in my opinion so I asked to return it but they won't pick it up from my home leaving me to try and organise some way of returning it. Absolutely dreadful customer service.
Returned items at point of delivery but they refuse to refund my $198 although the courier provided the proof.
I used to be an active buyer on this platform, but everything changed when i started to get deffective items and now, without a proper refund. It's been 3 months without refund from an item that was deffective. its not a big sum but 35 euros its still money. Their excuse as always is that the bank is locking the money, which is not true as i talked back and forth with my novo banco and they search and nothing is blocked or any amount of that value to receive into my account. The assistants sound like AI or bots and their reply is always the same thing "I understand the frustration that can come with waiting for a refund. I also wish I could speed up this process for you, but at this stage, the refund has been fully processed on Temu's end and is now with your financial institution. Since I am unable to follow up on your behalf, as it involves your privacy and financial institutions do not accept third-party inquiries, I kindly ask that you use the refund letter provided by Temu to check the refund status with your financial institution. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Not buying from temu ever again.
My last order never came they claim it was tried to deliver. Not true we are in all day. Contacted evry delivery company by phone this is automated and didn't work. Contacted temu this is Ai that doesn't work for me. Now trying to close account with them fingers crossed

I’ve used it for three years and have placed 50+ orders. I’ve spent a lot of money on Temu, consistently for three years.
I then made a mistake by adding credits in Temu. I have about 3500 SEK credits in Temu. After I added the credits, I placed 4 orders with cash/Card and those orders were approved. Now I’ve been trying to use my 3500 credits for a large order worth 6500 (where I pay 3000 more by card), and they’ve been cancelling my orders one day after placing them. This has happened 7-8 times. Every time they give the same reason - suspicious payment method, try another payment method or change Temu account. I’ve tried 5 different payment methods, all of which I’ve used on Temu multiple times over the last three years.
I reached the customer care 10+ times, and multiple tickets were created. But they’ve been repeating the same copy-paste messages and keep recommending me to try a different payment method, or if verification is required, provide it. But they are not asking for verification, which I am happy to provide. And I’ve tried all payment methods I own, including a debit card that I ordered specifically for this.
To conclude, Temu wants me to block my access to the 3500 kr, and wants me to delete this account to create a new one. That way they can conveniently steal the money. Please be careful when accepting refunds in Temu credits or depositing money there. It’s a very big scam.

These products are absolutely terrible! Nothing works, and when it does it’s for about 5 minutes! Anything printed is poor quality.

TOTALLY SHOCKING!!!! The chat system is Robot answers and doesn't deal effectively with the dispute. I have given the same information and scenario explanation SIX times and am clearly in a loop going round in circles. Very frustrating, I won't be recommending or using again and would discourage others not to bother.
Cancled three orders, and they are still sending goods and taking funds, Now stopped all payments and stop Temu from take any further money from my account as will not deal with them any more. Good ordered do not arrive, free goods, so called do not get here or orders are incomplete, and some of the electrical good ordered do not come with batteries or chargers, it's a complete con, DO NOT BUY FROM TEMU

The size small T-shirt I ordered came so large that it wasn't even on their size chart. I've been exchanging emails since October 6, it's not October 14. First I had to prove by photos the size of (understandable) then I had to confirm my order number and date it was ordered (which I got from THEIR email) and now they keep saying that they'll check with their manufacturer, but it's been days. I want the shirt in a size small. Meanwhile, on Temu's website, it says that the size small is almost sold out. Are they simply waiting for that to happen and then to tell me it's no longer available? I've had multiple emails back and forth, signed Temu team, then Anna, then Cabled and now Mark Stephen. The delivery company they are using delivered my parcel outside of my residence for anyone to steal it. I informed them that I have not received it and the response from the customer support was basically to deal with it. This was maybe my second order with Temu, so although the prices seem attractive, I will stop buying from Temu in the future due to this bad experience.
