I placed an order with cash payment
I placed an order with cash payment, received the order and paid the driver + tip. An hour later a second driver appeared with a duplicate order which I rejected as I had already received and paid for the order. I checked my app and only 1 order was placed and recorded. After that I lost the ability to pay with cash and when I used my credit card, they deducted the cost of the duplicate order. I made a complaint but the Glovo assistant insisted that I was in arrears and I owed them the cost. I have cancelled my account and removed the app and will never be using Glovo again.
