Beliani delivery — broken tracking and empty promises

I originally ordered a bed on 4 August. The Beliani website stated delivery within 6 working days. Instead, my order has turned into a long series of excuses and false promises.

Order was handed to XPO with two tracking numbers. From day one, both links returned an error, so on 13 August I asked Beliani for help and an ETA. On 21 August they replied that, due to a “technical issue with the truck”, the tracking “was not uploaded”, but assured me the order was already on its way and should arrive “later today or tomorrow” — then repeated “within the next couple of days”. They also said they were “monitoring the delivery”.

It’s now 26 August and nothing has arrived. No working tracking, no proactive update, just copy-and-paste reassurances that didn’t materialise.

In my experience, Beliani and their courier partner were unreliable, misleading, and failed to deliver anywhere near the promised timeframe. I regret ordering and would not recommend — I’m now looking to buy elsewhere.

An absolute joke of an app

An absolute joke of an app. First of all it’s so buggy that it just drives me crazy. You will spend 20 mins adding up a large order and the app is just going to reload with the shopping cart going empty at the same time. It’s infuriating.
The second this is their advertising totally fake delivery times. I’m currently sitting here waiting for a Burger King order made 2 hours ago, Glovo can’t cancel it from their side! What a joke.

One of THE WORST online experience in…

One of THE WORST online experience in my life, couldn't place an order on the Spanish website after using them for years in the UK and Poland. They require a passport number but apparently my EU passport number is not good enough for them.

User experience is one of the worst in the world when ordering.

Avoid Panek – dishonest damage claims and disorganised service

My experience with Panek was a complete disaster. From start to finish, the service was disorganised, and now they are trying to charge me €1,400 for non-existent damages without providing any real evidence.

Poor communication – when I tried to contact them, their email inbox was full, making it impossible to reach support.

Fraudulent damage claims – at drop-off, I was not present for the inspection, yet they claim there are "multiple new damages" without providing timestamped photos.

Pre-existing damage ignored – I have a video proving that I pointed out existing damage to their employee, who told me to ignore it. Now they are trying to charge me for it.

Panek is untrustworthy and unprofessional, and their business model seems based on scamming customers with fake damage claims. Avoid at all costs.

No way to contact the company

We have been a customer for a while but haven't use the service for some time. Now I would like to cancel subscription but it's impossible as there is no way of contacting them without creating a ticket (and I can't login). These types of services just make you furious.

Had a flight from Georgia to Lithuania…

Had a flight from Georgia to Lithuania connecting in Istanbul. The first flight was 30 mins late and I had 40 mins to catch the next flight. I ran to the gate and the bus was still there. 2 attendants checked my docs and called a “manager” and he said I couldn’t get onto the bus!!! Which was 3 meters away! Simply horrific service, attendants couldn’t care less about their customers. Never again will I book this substandard airline.

PS You get less leg room than on Ryanair.

Update: Exactly as I thought Zopa got in contact straight away and delivered the right documents – such a shame that you have to go through this route to get good service.

I liked the product until I had to deal with inept customer support. I have been chasing Zopa to send me my initial loan contracts for a number of months now – I have sent a dozen emails and called a number of times, always being promised the right documents but in the end they just send you wrong files, absolutely ridiculous level of service. All other providers allow you to download PDF of the contracts from the app.

Constant DD increases

Constant DD increases - two in the last couple of months after signing up! But that's half of the problem - my account is in credit by over £140 and when I used the option to withdraw the excess back to my account I got an email asking for a recent reading! What the actual hell? I have the right to withdraw MY MONEY without any of these tricks! Especially as the latest meter reading is ACTUAL.

Awful service. Cars are cancelled with no reason provided, had an instance where the car I was supposed to collect has moved over a year ago. They do offer taxi rides to the nearest car but still unacceptable.

Awful support

There are too many pop-ups/reminders pushing you to buy unnecessary services.

Edit: My original review had 3 stars. The company has absolutely ridiculously bad customer support - first of all you are not even able to find options to contact them on the app - you have to dig around the website to find a contact form. After submitting the form you don't get any confirmation to your email address and they don't get back to you at all! I have now submitted the ticket change request more than a week ago and no reply!

It's better to spend extra £10 with any other company than to deal with this kind of moronic support.

The products that can be selected before payment are meant to help customers and those may need a little attention. There are a few choices but they are also important choices for many. These services give everyone the opportunity to customize their trip according to their needs. Many tickets are for example not possible to cancel or rebook and in these cases it may be good to have, for example, cancellation insurance, which is appreciated by many customers.
