Beliani delivery — broken tracking and empty promises
I originally ordered a bed on 4 August. The Beliani website stated delivery within 6 working days. Instead, my order has turned into a long series of excuses and false promises.
Order was handed to XPO with two tracking numbers. From day one, both links returned an error, so on 13 August I asked Beliani for help and an ETA. On 21 August they replied that, due to a “technical issue with the truck”, the tracking “was not uploaded”, but assured me the order was already on its way and should arrive “later today or tomorrow” — then repeated “within the next couple of days”. They also said they were “monitoring the delivery”.
It’s now 26 August and nothing has arrived. No working tracking, no proactive update, just copy-and-paste reassurances that didn’t materialise.
In my experience, Beliani and their courier partner were unreliable, misleading, and failed to deliver anywhere near the promised timeframe. I regret ordering and would not recommend — I’m now looking to buy elsewhere.
