If something is missing, they are not going to help. The only option is the refund. There’s more, if you don’t accept the refund — they’ll just stop replying you. — there’s an open space for a better delivery company for 100%

Stay away from this company. They are scammers. They charge me for glovo prime every month but the service was never activated. I request to close my account twice already and nothing. They still charge me.

And they even have the audacity of trying to convince me that a refund of what I've paid was enough compensation. Their agent even said to me with a straight face that they were sorry that their "solution" was not to my liking.

Got double charged, the Glovo app is quite broken. And there is no place to call or message if there is a problem - they made it very difficult to reach them. Horrible.
I ordered over €60 worth of food…
I ordered over €60 worth of food through Glovo and received only 4 sodas — no meals, no explanation. The driver blamed McDonald’s, McDonald’s blamed the driver, and Glovo refused to take full responsibility.
Instead of sending the missing food, they offered partial credit I can’t even use, because I’m not from this country. I asked for a full refund to my card, and they refused. Support was useless — they kept repeating the same lines and refused to escalate my case to someone who could actually help.
I’ve had to contact my bank’s fraud department just to try and get my money back. This app is a scam, plain and simple. Zero accountability, zero service, and zero respect for customers.

This is a potential systematic fraud in my country, they charge me more than the actual value on the receipt. Double, not a little more, and then takes phone calls and messages and weeks to get the money back (if at all!!)
Inexisting delivery service
After 1.5 hour of waiting for pizzas, we had to pay for a taxi to pick-up our orders ourselves. Needless to say that they were cold... Someone called us but impossible to know when we could get our delivery and what had happened
One week later someone calls me and asks me to contact them thread the app. when I do this Glovo tells me that nobody called... If you call back the number, an answering machine tells you you should contact them through the app.

Told me I couldn’t cancel either unless they kept the money for the order( which was “ already prepared” but apparently still showing “in progress” after the courier arrived to the shop( as I agreed to keep the original address and was lucky my partner was home)
Will not use again.
Food Very Late, Very Cold
The company delivered the food very late and it was very cold. If the company cannot get close to the time it estimated, they should allow you to cancel and get a full refund. When service works, great. When it doesn’t, Glovo customer service is trash.

Paid for Missing Items — Glovo’s Support Made It Worse
I had a terrible experience with Glovo in Serbia. I placed an order and half of it was missing, yet I was still charged for the full amount. There was no automatic refund, and I had to contact customer support myself — which already tells you something.
It took them over two days to respond, and when they finally did, I got a generic, cold reply with no apology, no empathy, and no real effort to fix the situation. The whole thing felt like they simply didn’t care.
This was my last straw. The service is unreliable, support is unhelpful, and the app clearly prioritizes profits over customer experience. I’ve deleted my account and won’t be using Glovo again.

This is the first app choice when travelling to Spain from the UK...but I'd advise travellers to look elsewhere before using. It is without doubt the slowest, most inaccurate and unreliable app I've ever used when travelling. I thought I'd give it a second go after an initial poor experience but Glovo decided to live up to their previous poor expectations and ruin my order.
I placed an order for two children to be delivered to a well known and local hotel in the Benidorm area. App accepted and confirmed order before giving an expected delivery time. As we were staying in a hotel, I have additional information for the recipient- ie name and collection point ( hotel foyer). Order was accepted, confirmed and a delivery time was assigned. Fast forward 25 minutes and two disappointed children wondering where there food was as they awaited delivery as the recorded collection point. Another 10 minutes passed, followed by another 15 minutes before an email was received informed us that....."order was cancelled".
Zero information as to why!
My opinion and experience would say AVOID this utterly crap service, especially if you're an Irish/UK visitor to the area.
It's a one star got Glovo. It would be zero stars but the system wouldn't allow it.

Awful service
Simply an awful service. Ordered at 22:00, ETA was 22:45. Then they kept updating the ETA until it reached 00:20 (so 1h30 late).
When trying to contact both the carrier or their customer support they do not reply.
If i try to cancel the order the button simply does not work.
Its a scam. Do not use this service.

Awful customer support, unable to talk with a person until the situation is not sustainable anymore, chatbot is useless When I ordered, the waiting time was 25-35min, and when I bought it, it changed to 45-55. Finally, my order arrived in 1h05 (30min late), and without an item. A joke... not using this service anymore.

charged my girlfriend and then myself for a prime subscription that we didn't have nor take out. I believe they may have had a data leak and are just denying it. agents refuse to resolve by refunding and state I dont have a subscription. I will be deniuncing this with policia nacional.
