The courier was 70 minutes late

The courier was 70 minutes late. I had to look for him using the map in the app because he couldn’t even enter the estate for 20 minutes. The order arrived completely cold. The compensation offered was 25% of the total order value (not just the food, but including the courier’s fee and service charge) — ridiculous.

Next time I’ll just cancel the order so you lose 100%. I tried to help — I was literally looking for this guy around the estate — and in return I got cold food and a pathetic refund, which I refused. It’s not about the money, it’s about respect for the customer.
