I ordered shoes on the app for 110€, the order never arrived, they've deleted my account (denying they did) and I never had the refund... It's a really bad service, you can't reach real support, they took days to answer you, without providing any help or solution.

Nothing is working, I can't have mes justificatifs de voyage, more than half the trips are not bookable, I still don"t get what advantages my liberty card really have... The website and the app bugs too often, I'm logged out of the app every couple of months
