It's terrible- used twice both failed but worse thing was second time waited for an hour and half and still kept changing delivery time but then cancelled order and still got charged even though they have no delivery drivers. Literally rubbish €52 wasted
We thoroughly enjoyed our cookie birthday cake! I would say the only thing we would change was making the icing butter icing instead but otherwise the cookie was delicious and the whole cake got destroyed 😋

Terrible customer service and a utter rip off. We moved into a commercial property and the previous tenants hadn't paid their bill, spoke to them as they were chasing our neighbours for the balance and they took the balance from our account without our consent. We have been trying to cancel with them for weeks and they keep stalling, absolute joke and charging us a ridiculous amount, 5x more than Octupus ! So they are just keeping our account open for as long as possible to charge this extra rate. AVOID THIS COMPANY
