APPALLING
Absolutely appalling service and customer treatment. I've never experienced something like this, and I've been using glovo for ages in many different countries. I was told the order will arrive in 85-95 minutes. It's been 3.5 hours, and no one came here!!! I was in touch with your absolutely agents (online and on the phone - are they even humans?), and they kept repeating he's just there, almost there for almost 2h. They couldn't tell me where exactly, THEY NEVER APOLOGISED, they were rude, especially the last one, she literally made me hung up on her. I have cancer, I cannot lift anything as I've just had surgery, I cannot walk anywhere and they showed ZERO empathy, not even a little bit of understanding. Appalling and makes me sick how I was just treated by your company. I dont have words. I want my money back for the order and for the prime that I want to resign from immediately. I'm never going to use Glovo again. What a f*** shame shame shame.
