Yesterday I received an oat milk…
Yesterday I received an oat milk without a lid, extremely swollen (even though it wasn’t expired). The milk leaked all over my order, soaking the biscuits I had bought. When I contacted Glovo support, the operator told me “I judge the biscuits are fine, so we will only refund the milk.” She was slow to respond, never apologized, and was very unprofessional.
I’m attaching pictures of the damaged items and our conversation.
