Used this app once only whilst on holidays in Spain. I ordered €71 of food to be delivered via the app. Food delivery time kept on being put back so I ended up contacting customer services who advised I try to contact the store direct which I tried with no answer. Eventually app updated to show as being delivered but nothing had been. I eventually managed to get hold of the store who advised they could not deliver and to go through glovo for a refund. I have been fighting with glovo since as they will not refund me stating that 'it does not meet their minimum standard for a refund'
Nothing short of theft in my opinion, somebody has pocketed €71 and provided no goods, how this company can still be allowed to continue trading is shocking.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Their estimated delivery time was 25 min. They updated it to bring my food in 2 hours later. I asked to cancel and get a refund, they told me "we can cancel but we keep your money".
I tried 2x and 2x had the same experience, and I was a glovo premium customer.
I ended up uninstalling that terrible app.

My one and only experience. Ordered groceries still nothing an hour and a half after the items where supposed to come. Yet i got charged the delivery fee still because I cancelled lol poor poor service

WORST service!!!! Multiple multiple times they have refused to refund me for the many many mistakes that their staff have made! Such a shame! They have been rude in their customer service and pick and choose when to refund a mistake that was clearly made on their behalf!!! Horrible horrible service
Glovo offers scamming as a service
Glovo offers scamming as a service, in Montenegro a courier claimed that he couldn’t find me when I was in front of the building in 39 degrees C waiting 7 min before just to avoid any confusion. He cancelled 50e worth of food and Glovo didn’t even refund me. Reordered again just to catch the same guy and guess what, the same courier played the same trick again and I sent the proof to them, yet they refused to refund my money. I am not even talking about the amount of orders being cancelled without explanations or further notice. And when a refund is issued , it’s only glovo credit and nothing goes back to your bank acc. I have never ever ever seen a worse service than that. This service needs to stop operating, since when eating people’s money is a service ?!!

Twice they have refused to refund me they fail to deliver because they didn't have a ridere and cancelled the order. A month later after fealing with agents who only call to ask for starrs they still failed to refund. Over 20 agents gave the same information: I have escalated, you should be refunded in 24 hours then they dont.

I ordered shoes on the app for 110€, the order never arrived, they've deleted my account (denying they did) and I never had the refund... It's a really bad service, you can't reach real support, they took days to answer you, without providing any help or solution.

Waited over 4 hours for a delivery, being told by customer support ‘15 more minutes’ repeatedly, only to then have them cancel.

The service is terrible, Glovo couriers are unfit for the job. On multiple occasions, I’ve had problems with them: they gave my order to a random person on the street, then after two hours of waiting they informed me they wouldn’t deliver the order for an unknown reason, and one time the order arrived soaked, with the food swimming in Coke. Shameful!!!
Yesterday I received an oat milk…
Yesterday I received an oat milk without a lid, extremely swollen (even though it wasn’t expired). The milk leaked all over my order, soaking the biscuits I had bought. When I contacted Glovo support, the operator told me “I judge the biscuits are fine, so we will only refund the milk.” She was slow to respond, never apologized, and was very unprofessional.

They charged me for whole amount and they dont reply. I don’t understand how this scammer operate in EU!

Glovo on the costa del sol is awful. It never works. Always messages of high demand, so it shuts down.

The courier is now refusing to take the stars and asks you to go downstairs to pick up your delivery. So exactly what am I paying for??? Many times the courier does not deliver, for example a bottle of milk, probably because it's too heavy. So I might go to the store myself.
Profit first ethic company, customer doesn't matter
Unlike other reputable delivery services. Glovo does NOT remind you that you're about to renew their "Prime". They do this to hope people forget and they then earn a few more euros. They then point you at their terms and conditions that state you should give them 24 hour notice to cancel. However, when you had thought you had already cancelled, and had no confirmation by email or app to say that it was going to renew (like the majority of other companies do, just eat, uber eats etc), you'd not expect to suddenly see another outgoing payment unexpectedly. Well with Glovo, you should expect this, and expect no leniency to their terms and conditions, you gave them your money, and its now theirs, no consideration, no thought, you're just a profit in their eyes, not a person. Their support may as well be AI, no emotion, no understanding, no empathy, no thought other than their strict written rules.
Deleting your account and data was quite difficult to do as well, you have to request it, they then email you back asking why, you have to reply several times, despite asking it to be removed each time, before they will finally delete your account and data. They still keep certain data:
"Remember that we will retain your data for the period established by law for purposes such as the execution and defense of lawsuits in which Glovo may be involved.
In any case, this data will be blocked or stored separately, so it will not be processed for any other activity. 😉
We also remind you that, specifically and without this being construed as a limitation, we may retain your data once your cancellation has been processed (in accordance with the table specified in Annex II of our privacy policy), but at the end of these periods, we will permanently delete your data."
Constant winking emojis, used in the wrong places, especially with a disappointed and annoyed customer doesn't help.
So my opinion is: avoid Glovo, avoid Glovo Prime, use a more customer focused company such as Uber Eats/Just Eat
