I have many years 20+ both in UK London and Spain working for various delivery companies. And I can hand on my heart say these are not the best! Pay is spilt into 2 monthly payments which are not always correct! Holiday pay is non existent! And trying to get off their system in order to get Paro is impossible! 3rd of September I finished it's now 22nd of October and although I'm not working for them they've still got me on their records as working! "Stay clear". Advice from a veteran of delivery driving!

There’s no way to cancel an order and get your money back, even if the order never arrives. On top of that, they’ll charge you an extra cancellation fee.
I placed an order through Glovo that was delayed by almost an hour beyond the estimated delivery time and still hadn’t arrived. I contacted support to cancel, and a Glovo representative assured me I would receive a full refund. However, not only did I not get my money back, but they also charged me a cancellation fee on top of it.

I have been a loyal Glovo customer for many years. I used to spend way toi much money on Glovo deliveries. Since August or September it has become a total disaster. Wait times of an average of 30-45min have now become 80-90min. The worst is that it is a lottery and after waiting for an hour the delivery estimate can be repeatedly delayed until it is finally cancelled! Goodbye Glovo until your can sort your business and customer service out!

The driver reported delivering my food 15/20mins before actually turning up with my food, so in stead of sitting there hungry I reordered and then the driver turned up with the food!!! Big problem for some reason when av cancelled the second duplicate order they have then charged me for it but not delivered it, so if I go onto glovo I can’t order anything due to there drivers negligence!!! I would not use this company and would figure out any other possible way of getting a delivery!!! Glovo Spain not to be trusted and the drivers should lean to do there jobs properly, absolutely ruined my day week and Holliday, thank you Glovo Spain for controlling a market but not being able to do the job that you are asked to do!!!!

I placed an order with McDonalds in Rota, Spain. The order arrived at my house, I took it from the courier and brought it inside and set the bag on the table. After a few seconds, I noticed a huge puddle of Coke Zero under the bag. I looked in my bag and saw that the come had been dumped out in the bag, the french fries were dumped out in the bag. My burgers had Coke Zero all over them. I could not eat anything. I notified customer Service. First a Jamil answered and said "Someone else will review your case and get back to you." They then terminated the chat. I got a Glovo message from a Kate the next day saying she'll look in to it. The next message stated "We apologized this happened but we cant help you." She pretty much said, we messed up but oh well, we dont care. It was obvious the Glovo Courier did this. They refused to assist. You cannot trust Glovo. Dont use them.

Something is absolutely wrong at the moment with Glovo.. There is waiting time for 90-190 min and after 3 hours the food comes with a poor guy on bicycle who need to drive up the mountain. Looks like a lot of driver workers quit and Glovo has now the problem to deliver on time.. I don't know if you just pay them so badly but there must be a reason.

Absolutely awful experience with this service, we was in barcelona on holiday and we decided to order a mc donalds because it had got late which never materialised amd we ended up loosing 64€ we did complain and never heard a thing back from them.... we also waited whilst a 'driver is waiting to be assigned" kept spinning on the app for nearly 3 hours... joke of a service and will never use this app again, disgusting unorganised service that should be shut down!
Appalling service and customer service
Could not deliver my order on time - kept shifting the delivery window to say “on time”, in the end I had to leave for an appointment and they refused to cancel the order, so I had to pay for it, and now it says “delivered”. Customer service have been extremely unhelpful, they gave me conflicting information and can’t tell me why my request doesn’t meet the cancellation criteria. They just parrot back answers that don’t correspond to what you’re actually saying. I am deleting the app and won’t use it again.

Glovo is the most ridiculous delivery app available. They are taking these fraudulent scammy tricks to an entire new level.
Each time we place an order, they tell us something like "Delivery with 15-20min". After 20 min, they just update the delivery time on the order and add an extra 15 min while saying "On time".
This alone is ridiculously disseiving. When you guarantee a 15-20 min delivery time and take a payment, you can't just update the order page every 15 min and add 15 min!!
Yesterday we waited 2 hours for a pizza that was meant to be delivered within 20 min.
Today, same thing: we placed a small grocery order that was meant to be delivered in 30 min. It's now 2 hours later, I contact them and they give me the same copy paste answer "We unfortunately don't have any drivers right now".
Ok, but why do you tell people it would be delivered in a certain timeframe in the first place then?
They are able set up their software to keep adding 15+ min to the delivery time frame but aren't able to just send a message to the customer saying that there are no drivers and that the order won't be delivered until they find one??

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I had to wait 3 hours for a pizza order. I ordered just after 7pm, delivery time was set to latest 8pm. It kept moving to later and later. Eventually the courier picked it up, but looking at the map I saw him taking a route that is definitely not the fastest way to my house, and even stopping at one spot for something like 10 minutes. Not surprisingly, the order arrived cold, and after 10pm. 3 hours after I ordered. Glovo’s customer service? Even worse experience. They kept asking me for an order number that I did not receive as I never got a confirmation email. I was chatting to them in the app, logged into my account, yet they asked me who I was as they could not see it. After explaining the whole situation, they said they cannot compensate for the cold pizza. They did not even acknowledge the fact that it took 3 hours to receive a simple pizza order. What a joke

Repeated poor quality food, no refund, ignored loyal premium customer
I have been using Glovo for 4-5 years with a premium subscription. Recently I received the same dish twice with burned, inedible vegetables. I provided clear photos and opened two support cases. Both times Glovo refused to issue a refund, only sending template replies and apologies.
As a long-term premium customer, I expected at least fair treatment and accountability. Instead, I was told that their “internal policy” excludes compensation, even with obvious evidence. This shows a lack of respect for loyal clients.
Glovo must improve customer care, provide real solutions (not copy-paste apologies), and take responsibility for food delivered in such condition. Until then, I cannot recommend this service.

Ordered food for 50 Euros, no food - no refund
Ordered food for 50 Euros, non of it arrived. The driver wrote some nonsence about not finding the address. We could se his position far from us. Tried setting up an easy to find point to meet him. He then canceled the order and claims we did not open the door. Even though we stood out on the street. Support was not helpful at all. They just say the driver had the right to cancel and that we will get no refund. We asked what we did wrong, no answer. Stay away!
