Charged twice, no refund
On Saturday evening requested delivery, included cash payment. Got on call with delivery guy with different app and went to meet him on street, took an order, paid with cash. On Monday was charged with delivery with card because Glovo canceled delivery as it took on their opinion too long… As result, I had no receipt as it is rubbish, charged twice for same order, support didn’t even tried to contact delivery guy and told me that they will not refund delivery. If you want to eat in Montenegro - just go out. I wish it was only one time thing…
