Omg this is the biggest scam app. These guys are cheats, thieves, scammers, fraudsters and all the other words i can use. If this was in the US they would have got multiple lawsuits and would have been in court by now. I placed an order, the delivery guy made no attempt to contact us; we were waiting right outside the building and he dint even show up. They stole my groceries, customer care refused to help and charged me for my order and they have the audacity to blame me when they are running a scam shop. What is the government doing with such fraudsters. We should start a movement to get this business closed! PLESE AVOID AT ALL COST.
Charged Twice the Same Order
Serbia. They charged the same order twice. Second time just withdraw money from my connected card two months later. I'm trying to explain that that specific order (they gave me num of order) is already charged, but I keep constantly receiving automatised responses and see that they don't have any attention for solving this problem. I worked as a courier. I would never use them. Use Uber eats or just eat. They got rid of me and never put me down on the computer system as dismissed. Kept sending me emails like I was an employee. So bad that I can't even apply for Paro until they do. People move on!
Agressive driver ran after me probably running a scam
The driver cancelled the order in front of me. Stopped responding to texts. So I walked where he was sitting next to the building to talk to him and he started arguing in loops then yelling at me for 10 minutes. since this wasnt going anywhere I told him to stop talking to me while walking away. He started running after me. I had to run away until I could lock my building's door. support did nothing and charged me for everything! He didnt even give me the bags

After 3 attempts to solve a refund for an order that was cancelled and customer service was not able to solve the issue I left the platform, seems glovo doesn't even care that people leave the platform in a bad way.

on this wonderful night glovo brought me another order, it turned out to be on my floor and on my bed as soon as I wanted to open it, plus this without putting a single napkin, having written my problem which incredibly created discomfort on this wonderful night, the support service sends me 5.90 lari in the form of glovo credits as a calming prize, having said literally "friend understand we are all people and make mistakes, let's understand the situation of the courier, he works all night carrying orders" after which I explained that the order must necessarily contain napkins, I receive the answer "they put them for free". in general, I am not satisfied with the service of glovo and the lack of professionalism of the support service.
I do not recommend it to anyone, it is better to use wolt or bolt food.
Disaster Order and Zero Support
Never again. My order arrived as a complete disaster — totally inedible, and we had to throw the entire order in the bin. I provided pictures and a full explanation of what happened, but they clearly didn’t care. Instead, I just received a generic message saying they “can’t help” but will “use my complaint for learning purposes.” What a waste of money, time, and nerves.
HYGIENE VERY IMPORTANT
Please it is high time you look into the delivery aspect , some of these riders are delivering food with their personal bags and they are very dirty , it’s the companies (glovo)responsibility to ensure the riders use thermal bags for hygiene purposes , if you see the bag of a dispatch rider that delivered food to me .
And it’s particularly those bicycle guys glovo needs to investigate this , personally I will start rejecting any food delivered this way.

An absolute joke of an app
An absolute joke of an app. First of all it’s so buggy that it just drives me crazy. You will spend 20 mins adding up a large order and the app is just going to reload with the shopping cart going empty at the same time. It’s infuriating.
The second this is their advertising totally fake delivery times. I’m currently sitting here waiting for a Burger King order made 2 hours ago, Glovo can’t cancel it from their side! What a joke.
Good service
We ordered pizza and tiramisu at 23 PM. The delivery came after just 15 minutes all the way to our hotel room at floor 10. The food was amazing!! Highly recommended.
Kayumba ate my food
Our delivery driver called Kayumba ate all of our McDonalds food. This guy is too hungry to accept orders. Please give him some food before he starts working
