Just Delete Glovo app and use another company. This is a joke !

Horrible

Horrible. After several tries and two and half weeks, the only answer is that the missing burger that was paid will not be refunded. Great.

Charged twice, no refumd

On Saturday evening requested delivery, included cash payment. Got on call with delivery guy with different app and went to meet him on street, took an order, paid with cash. On Monday was charged with delivery with card because Glovo canceled delivery as it took on their opinion too long… As result, I had no receipt as it is rubbish, charged twice for same order, support didn’t even tried to contact delivery guy and told me that they will not refund delivery. If you want to eat in Montenegro - just go out. I wish it was only one time thing…

The courier showed up nearly 40 minutes…

The courier showed up nearly 40 minutes late, already annoyed, and then refused to hand me the order at my door because he “didn’t feel like climbing stairs.” I live on the second floor. He insisted I come down to the street, and when I said I couldn’t leave my kid alone upstairs, he literally left the bag on the sidewalk and walked away. By the time I got it, half the food was cold and the drink had spilled.
I’ve used Glovo a lot before, but this kind of behavior makes you wonder what kind of standards they have for their couriers. Totally unprofessional.

Even one star doesn’t worth it
Scamming people with the support saying there is no reimbursement for my food that wasn’t delivered
I had to stay the whole night at work with an empty stomach and all m asking about is my food and they kept saying (no reimbursement ) I didn’t even ask them for money i just want my food
And the worst part ( there is no such a supervisor thing)
A nightmare I deleted the app

Missing food, useless support – never using Glovo again

Food arrives incomplete, and sometimes it doesn’t arrive at all – but the money is always charged.
I don’t order food just to get a refund. I use Glovo because I’m hungry and need something, not because I want my money back.
I will never use Glovo Prime again, because I won’t use Glovo at all anymore. I’m done, and I will never recommend this service to anyone. It’s a complete disaster.
Customer service doesn’t speak anything but Polish. Glovo operates in an EU country, yet there is no English support? I can’t explain my problem, and there’s no real help – just small talk and standard lines like “Was your order missing? Okay, here’s 6 PLN.”
What is that supposed to mean? I ordered food, not a refund service.
I’ve been using Glovo for years, and this is not the first time – this happens **very often**. I’m tired of it. I’ve had enough.
This last situation crossed the line, and I’m ready to take it to consumer courts if necessary.

Hello Glovo team, web usability zero

Hello Glovo team,

On your desktop website, the product search box has a serious usability issue. If a user types quickly (like writing “milk”), the input lags or skips letters — so the result ends up like “mk”. This happens because your search triggers live lookups with every keystroke, and it’s unable to keep up.

Please consider adding a debounce delay (e.g., 300ms) or only search after pressing Enter. This would greatly improve the desktop experience.

It’s surprising this hasn’t been fixed — there’s no visible way to submit general feedback via your website or app, which may explain the lack of complaints.

I hope this gets passed on to your dev team. Thanks!

Avoid Glovo Morocco

I had the worst experience ever with Glovo Morocco, and I feel it's my duty to warn others from falling into the same trap.

The company deducted money from my bank account without providing any real service.

Customer support is nearly non-existent, with no professional communication or willingness to resolve issues.

Complaints are ignored completely, showing a total lack of transparency and accountability.

Honestly, I felt like I was scammed in broad daylight, with no respect for consumer rights.

> ⚠️ Clear Warning: Do not use Glovo Morocco or share your banking info with them. What they do is organized exploitation masked as service.

We ordered a delivery in the Barcelona

We ordered a delivery in the uk. We waited to find out our delivery was sent elsewhere due to the navigation guide placing us in the wrong area. We have since tried contacting multiple times for refund or explanation to no avail. We’ve left messages and reported multiple time but no feed back on a charge of over £200.

There is no support

This is simply a violation of all the rules. The order has been in process for over an hour (it is obviously not ready yet), I want to cancel it, because I can't wait any longer, because I am very hungry. I wanted to write to support to clarify the details, but I can't, because the order is "being prepared" and that's it. It is also impossible to cancel it, only by paying for its full cost. This is idiocy, there is no way to contact support. No way. The stupidest service.

Very bad company they charged my card…

Very bad company they charged my card for an order and then their system broke and never created an order even though they took the money and when I asked for help in their life chat, they just closed the chat and don’t help me at all

Awful

Awful. Two hours late on delivery. Kept telling me they couldn’t find me… was back and forth messaging them then they just stopped responding… wouldn’t call me to even explain where they were (there is literally only one road in my neighborhood) … never again
