Hello Glovo team,
On your desktop website, the product search box has a serious usability issue. If a user types quickly (like writing “milk”), the input lags or skips letters — so the result ends up like “mk”. This happens because your search triggers live lookups with every keystroke, and it’s unable to keep up.
Please consider adding a debounce delay (e.g., 300ms) or only search after pressing Enter. This would greatly improve the desktop experience.
It’s surprising this hasn’t been fixed — there’s no visible way to submit general feedback via your website or app, which may explain the lack of complaints.
