If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. The return process with Shredded Variants has been awful. I’ve been trying to return an item for days and it’s been impossible.
I have an account, but because I checked out as a guest this time, I can’t access any proper return options. There’s no visible button in the email to start a return, my email and order number don’t work in the return portal, and there’s no direct email address to contact them.
I tried calling ,the number isn’t recognised. I tried live chat , no one ever connects. Even their own “how to return” page is broken and says “something went wrong.”
It’s honestly unacceptable how difficult they’ve made it to get help or process a return. They seriously need to fix their returns system and make it easier for customers to reach them.
Checked stock on line, went to store, never stocked it nor wil.. waste of journey and staff could not care less

ORDER NUMER 50347357231 did not arrive and no refund. Cannot track under "manage my order" as details completely disappeared, like non-existent. The contact number and email address for Customer Services do not exist. What a scam. I intend to go instore and will not leave until I get a refund. AVOID ORDERING AT ALL COST. DISGRACEFUL
I escalated my complaint and they referred me to their whatsapp page, I have 6 pages of ignored messages on this app. I guess I'll have to take legal action to get the 58 euro refund I was promised on 23rd Sept.

Six hours later an email saying order cancelled due to stock shortages. They might have known over a week ago when I placed the order. I’m expecting the refund will take a lot longer than it took them to take the payment and sit on my money probably knowing full well they couldn’t fulfil my order Will steer clear of Stradivarius in future.

Hello, two items are missing from order number 50345202389 - a bowling bag with faux leather in heart color, a short faux sheepskin coat in ecru color. I ask for a refund. I am writing a second review here because you looked up the reference number of the missing items, I sent it to you. And I still have no answer from you. I have to deprive my children of money to pay for things that I did not receive from you. This was the first and most likely the last order from you.

Disgusting!! Returned items a few weeks ago & NOTHING, no refund etc. Chased several times getting fobbed off every time. I actually believe now that I will never get my money back. Will NEVER purchase anything from here again.

Delivery to store was due on Monday 29th, on sign of an email confirming the delivery was ready to collect, called into store and was informed by the store manager that the delivery would never arrive on a Monday and they only receive deliveries on Thursday. Now Thursday still not ready to collect. I have cancelled the order and wait my refund!

I ordered items online on September 12th.
They were delivered on September 17th but the package was so badly damaged that I photographed it while the courier waited and then refused the package.
On September 19th I enquired about the package via the Stradivarius Whatsapp.
Eventually I was given a case number.
Since then- NOTHING.
I have chased and chased but I just get the same standard (mostly bot generated) response.
This company has nonexistant Customer Service.
So much for FAST fashion...

I ordered two items with a value of 126£ on Thursday 25th. The delivery date was meant to be Saturday 27th, however I received a message from Evri on Friday 26th saying that it was out for delivery so I stayed home. At 7pm I received an email saying that Evri had delivered my parcel at 11.40am. How comes? I was home, no one rang the bell or knock and the email was meant to arrive at the time of delivery, no 7 hours later. I checked the proof of delivery and it is a random photo of a man outside a building but I cannot see any parcel left in any place or any neighbour face. They say they left it with a neighbour but they don't specify what neighbour. At this point I believe they neglected my parcel without need, I was home, they could have given it to me yet decided to do this. Stradivarius is doing nothing. They opened a case and haven't heard anything from them when the situation is quite clear. The same for Evri, not even opening a case, just said sorry. Now, who's going to give me my 126£ back? Please do not order from Stradivarius, if this happens to you they would ignore you. And do not trust in any retailer using Evri as they always lose your parcels and they are never accountable for it.
*Update 03/10/2025:
On 01/10/2025 I finally received an email from Stradivarius offering a replacement or a refund. I guess they were able to prove that my parcel was lost, however, the lack of options when speaking to Stradivarius about this issue has put me off buying from them again.

Terrible, been trying to contact them for a week. Phone and email do not work, only the horrible chat bot and a bit on wattsapp. Once refunded I will never be ordering from them again.

My order was expected to be delivered today on 9/22/25, however the order status shows that the order has not even been shipped. Reached out to customer service via chat twice and was told that my order is delayed. Obviously! No other information provided. No idea when I will receive my order. Terrible customer service. Extremely frustrating that I can't speak to an actual person. Never ordering from here again unless this gets resolved quickly.

The staff were kind, the products were well priced and high quality. The clothes were unique but also trendy. This was at a shop in Portugal. Great experience.

My experience of going to store in Italy is good , no problem. I usually buy clothes online from other brands too. BUT STRADIVARIUS website is so terrible. I have been buying from you guys since 2023. The website is the same since then. So terrible. It takes so long to show me the photos and change what I want to see. You guys have so many customers around the world. Come on please fix this issue with the website. It makes me so disappointed at you guys.

I had to order online because they don’t sell petite in stores. While ordering, I selected petite but the order confirmation 50258042338 didn’t reflect that. I immediately contacted the customer service but the agent (Paul) informed me that they couldn’t update the special length for security reasons. When I asked to elaborate on how this request raised security concerns, the chat was terminated. When I started another chat, I was redirected to another agent (John) who told me that he couldn’t confirm my order information. He told me that I should wait to see if I receive an incorrect size and then ask for assistance if necessary. I tried to be patient, stating I had already paid for delivery and it wouldn’t make sense to wait for the delivery of the incorrect size and go through the reorder process but he didn’t budge. The customer service is absolutely appalling!

I ordered a bag and was slightly concerned after reading so many negative reviews, but I needn’t have worried. Took couple of weeks, but it arrived today and I am really happy. It’s exactly as the picture and is good quality. Very good price too.

Received a faulty item 10.09 did not realise the item was faulty removed the tags. Came to wear this 11.09 and realised the material was pulled in multiple places down left side of leg. contacted customer service to ask for a refund and was told they could not refund clearly they are not aware Consumer Law 2015 act overrides the unfair T&Cs this company tries enforcing onto people. I tried explaining i wanted to have a refund to order a pair of non damaged pants this again was refused by the customer service team. CLEARLY happy to take your money but not fix any issues. I tried contacting someone else on the customer service team through whats app and i am currently being ignored. I have never ever received a worse customer service experience from a company. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OR CARE FOR CONSUMER RIGHTS AND HAPPY TO LET CUSTOMERS PAY FOR FAULTY DEFECTED ITEMS.
Update: again refusing to refund this faulty item they sold me. I will never shop with Stradivarius again. Customer service argue back with you highly unprofessional disgusting service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have ordered in the past and never had a problem until my most recent order which has put me off ordering from here for life!! Order was delivered on 16th August and I wanted to return as I didn’t like the clothes. On the app it said order was processing about 2 weeks later the status changed to delivered so I went on and tried to do a return again still nothing it says there are no items available for return. With no way of speaking to someone on the phone and only through what’s app I have contacted them multiple times and they have said there’s nothing they can do as this has been passed on to their team. They really don’t seem to care at all about this. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to loose your money!!!

Such rude staff at Stradivarius in Lakeside. Spent £300, the woman on the till never acknowledged me, continued laughing and joking with her colleague, threw my items in a bag, rolled her eyes when I said there was a mark on a pair of trousers - the only time she spoke to me was the say £299. No please no nothing. I asked her if she was going to say please, her answer was “why”. Reported to her manager who did nothing. I am quite shocked
