Stradivarius and Evri
I ordered two items with a value of 126£ on Thursday 25th. The delivery date was meant to be Saturday 27th, however I received a message from Evri on Friday 26th saying that it was out for delivery so I stayed home. At 7pm I received an email saying that Evri had delivered my parcel at 11.40am. How comes? I was home, no one rang the bell or knock and the email was meant to arrive at the time of delivery, no 7 hours later. I checked the proof of delivery and it is a random photo of a man outside a building but I cannot see any parcel left in any place or any neighbour face. They say they left it with a neighbour but they don't specify what neighbour. At this point I believe they neglected my parcel without need, I was home, they could have given it to me yet decided to do this. Stradivarius is doing nothing. They opened a case and haven't heard anything from them when the situation is quite clear. The same for Evri, not even opening a case, just said sorry. Now, who's going to give me my 126£ back? Please do not order from Stradivarius, if this happens to you they would ignore you. And do not trust in any retailer using Evri as they always lose your parcels and they are never accountable for it.
*Update 03/10/2025:
On 01/10/2025 I finally received an email from Stradivarius offering a replacement or a refund. I guess they were able to prove that my parcel was lost, however, the lack of options when speaking to Stradivarius about this issue has put me off buying from them again.
