Scammers! They will send promo constantly, but never give an explanation where your order actually is. Do not buy from them you will lose your money and never receive your order!! It’s been two months and they will just ignore you. The tracking link is also fake
Review of Stradivarius
No return points in the area + store is closed, completely ignore you and won’t even deduct the refund costs or change the post carrier. There are literally post offices in the street but I can’t go there because Stradivarius chooses one that is nowhere in the area. When you WhatsApp them they completely ignore you and don’t give any explanation. Interesting how they have no complaint section on their website, I can see why.

Geprobeerd te bellen voor een spoed levering van een zonnebril op sterkte (ze adviseren zelf om te bellen voordat je naar de winkel komt). 28x gebeld (ja echt) en geen één keer wordt er opgenomen. Zet er dan een bandje op dat het zo druk is dat er geen telefonisch contact mogelijk is..
