Never buy this product online! They make the return process extremely difficult. When we order online, they don’t send any proof of payment or purchase via email. Their website doesn’t support the return process either. When the package arrives, there’s no payment sticker or invoice included. Such a terrible experience! I will never buy this garbage product again!

DONT BUY THIS BRAND! ITS SCAMS! I really regrets not investing to research about this brand before i purchased. This totaly SCAMS! The quality of the bag was poor and look cheap materials. i paid for £58 for ugly bag. When i asking for return/refund and i give the proof of the bad quality of their bag they’re ignoring me. I was notice when i received notification email about the shipping, it came from a city in China. Btw u can found their bags in Aliexpress, the one that i purchased only cost £10 exactly same.
