AVOID - ignoring consumer rights act faulty item no refund.
Received a faulty item 10.09 did not realise the item was faulty removed the tags. Came to wear this 11.09 and realised the material was pulled in multiple places down left side of leg. contacted customer service to ask for a refund and was told they could not refund clearly they are not aware Consumer Law 2015 act overrides the unfair T&Cs this company tries enforcing onto people. I tried explaining i wanted to have a refund to order a pair of non damaged pants this again was refused by the customer service team. CLEARLY happy to take your money but not fix any issues. I tried contacting someone else on the customer service team through whats app and i am currently being ignored. I have never ever received a worse customer service experience from a company. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OR CARE FOR CONSUMER RIGHTS AND HAPPY TO LET CUSTOMERS PAY FOR FAULTY DEFECTED ITEMS.
Update: again refusing to refund this faulty item they sold me. I will never shop with Stradivarius again. Customer service argue back with you highly unprofessional disgusting service.
