i recently purchased the ‘short double-breasted high neck coat’ but i received the regular ‘short double breasted coat’. i was really hoping to bring it with me on my holiday on the 9th of July. i have previously emailed about this situation and was told i would be sent a replacement but no further information has been given in over a week, any help would be appreciated thank you!

i recently purchased the ‘short double-breasted high neck coat’ but i received the regular ‘short double breasted coat’ (its missing the neck buttons).
Unfortunately the website and app are both very hard to navigate with things not loading or saying pages don't exist and not letting me log in. I emailed a few days ago and haven't received a reply and just sent another email via their contact form but not sure if they got it. any help would be appreciated Stradivarius! thanks (update they are now trying to gaslight me into thinking i got the right item) update 2: told me they would send a replacement then ghosted me :)
