Utterly useless customer service
Placed an order 50310378291 and when my order arrived one of my three coats was missing. The bag was wide open upon delivery. I’ve tried using the chat to contact someone at the company and waited hours and no one has responded. There is no phone number to call and no response. I cannot return the items as one is missing therefore I will not receive my full refund, I’m completely stuck. Utterly useless customer service and AI chat system. I just want a human to talk to to help me resolve this now!!
