We love Vivobarefoot shoes for their style, width, comfort, and overall company philosophy. They truly stand out in the barefoot shoe market. However, one area where they consistently fall short is quality — specifically, the glue on the soles. We’ve had repeated issues with the soles coming loose over time, which is frustrating given how pricey they are!

A simple and effective improvement would be to stitch the soles to the uppers instead of relying solely on glue. This would greatly increase durability and make these shoes as long-lasting as they are comfortable.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to shop on this store’s website. The site is barely functional—pages don’t load properly, links are broken, and it’s completely unresponsive. It's hard to believe anyone can place an order through such a poorly designed and non-user-friendly platform. It honestly feels like no one tested it before launch. Extremely disappointing.

Avoid this company at any cost not only to save money but also a lot of unnecessary stress!!!

I ordered the day 2, 5 and 8 PCR test kit and paid £150 for the whole package. I posted my day 2 test on the 5th of Jan and it is now the 12th of Jan and I am still waiting for the result! Similarly the result for my day 5 test-to-release has not come back either, making the whole reason I bought this package an absolute waste of time and money!!!

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! What an absolute waste of time, money and stress!!!

AVOID this company!!!!

I have been a regular tester on this website but their customer service is non-existent. Tests which I have taken on the mobile app (mostly ones that require face recordings) do not upload and as a result are a complete waste of my time. I have contacted customer support on numerous occasions and to this day have never received a response.
