The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! Stradivarius is working with Packaly as a delivery service and although they didn’t delivery my package, they marked it as delivered! And it is really difficult to get in touch with Stradivarius. They answered to me really late after each reply, they sometimes didn’t even reply so I had to open a new chat. Now in WP, they haven’t replied me back. Then I learned from the delivery company that they lost my package. I informed Stradivarius and asked for the next steps but they haven’t replied me back. This has been the worst online experience I have had! Never gonna buy anything from them again!
