Marissa helped me change my credit…

Marissa helped me change my credit points from the US to the UK so quickly and easily! Sadly I wish they did full refunds and not just store credit, as it’s not cheap! But lesson learned. Regardless, the customer service was fantastic x Thank you Marissa!

Return for refund

I ordered a bikini in XS, and it was SO tiny I didn’t even bother trying it on. I usually wear a size 0 so be cautious with their sizing. So I reached out to process a refund rather than a store credit - Bianca was responsive and helped me resolve this issue. Thank you!

£15 return fee for a faulty item!

Faulty and poor quality item yet requesting £15 for a return, which was dropped to £10 as good will!! The item is all frayed which they have said is normal!
Really bad service, do not recommend to use at all!!
Still waiting for a resolution.

Great assistance from Winnie

I recently ordered a dress and it came just like the photo, however it was broken. I was put on with a sales associate and Winnie was great! She had quick responses and helped me to get a full refund for my item. Would definitely recommend!!

Worst company

Worst company to try to send an item back, even if the item is damaged or not as described they still try to charge for the return. Never answer the emails, rude and ignorant. Do not buy from this company!!

Great dress, phenomenal customer service!

The dress selection is vast, the quality is solid, and every order arrived on time. They're also committed to their happiness guarantee and honor their return policy in case the fit isn't quite perfect. Shein product quality at Oh Polly prices. Standard £10 return fee which is excessive. I bought an £85 dress and honestly was shocked at the cheap quality of it when it arrived. Save your money and go to PLT, ASOS, or Oh Polly!
