Though I am not typically a fan of return for store credit return policies and avoid them at all cost. Sometimes I forget to look and end up having to do the tedious back and forth of ordering and returning items until the “right fit” is found. However, my experience with Hello Molly was so hassle free and the turn around time was excellent. Their response to any questions are prompt and helpful and they recognize the importance of good, quality, supportive customer service. I will definitely order from them more in the future!!!

I ordered 4 items and only 1 of the 4 items arrived. I explained this to them and they refused to refund the items or replace them. This has meant I would have paid over £300 for items of clothing that never arrived! It’s been months and I’m still waiting for my case to be resolved! Don’t trust you’ll get a refund from them!

She was fast and responded with the process on the return policy and said that getting a refund rather than store credit is not what the policy states but she can change it for me. I missed that when purchasing the dresses so this policy would maybe deter people in the future but if there is a way around it, then I think Hello Molly should just be up front with that option. Also, FANTASTIC use of AI Molly getting me to a Live Agent. When the ticket was created, it included the conversation with the Virtual Molly and that is amazing! Too many times, the customer has to repeat themselves every escalation and it is very frustrating. Even though this purchase didn't work out, I will shop again in the future!
