Excellent customer service
I reached out to hello Molly recently after making a purchase back in July for a birthday outfit for an overseas trip. Unfortunately when my friend bought the outfit with her for me it didn’t fit however after emailing hello molly and explaining the situation Marissa was kind enough to allow me to return the items (used and still in original packaging) even though it was after their 30 day return policy. Their customer service is excellent and I love their fits. Will definitely continuing purchasing from them. Thank you!
