Worst company

Worst company to try to send an item back, even if the item is damaged or not as described they still try to charge for the return. Never answer the emails, rude and ignorant. Do not buy from this company!!

Item was not as advertised

Item was not as advertised, came all screwed up. When asked for a refund I was told if I have store credit I can be refunded in full, I opted not to so only got half my money back.

Our policy is for any items that are faulty or incorrect to be raised with the customer service team as they will pre-advise the returns department that these would be arriving back. As this did not happen, we are unable to confirm this.
