Lisa from Customer Service was…

Lisa from Customer Service was extremely helpful. I returned a dress to order something else for an engagement party & it was taking a while to process my return. She was able to direct me to order my dress and she would refund me once my credit came in. My dress for my engagement party came on time and i promptly recieved my store credit and my return. Thank you Lisa for being so helpful and prompt!

I ordered a dress and it was too big so…

I ordered a dress and it was too big so I needed to return it however I ordered it using a guest login, so I couldn't figure out how to return it and Irah was extremely helpful, quick to reply and helped me resolve the issue right away. Thank you so much!
