I ordered a dress from this website that came and looked just like the photo. Unfortunately, the item was faulty, therefore I turned to customer services to help. Bianca was so so helpful and quickly responded, giving me a full refund back to my payment card. Desire the disappointment in the faulty item, the customer services team acted promoting with no bother. Thank you!
