I hate to give the. 1 star because they don’t deserve it. Do NOT order from them! They are a scam. I ordered two dresses on Tuesday, October 7. I paid $26 to over night them because they were needed for an event. They took my money, but it is now Sunday, October 12th and they haven’t sent them. I tried to call, but their number is disconnected. I sent multiple emails and completed an urgent cancellation and the only 2 responses I got were “so one will look at your order and get back to you.” What?!? I paid to OVERNIGHT the dresses!! It’s been almost 5 days. Total scam. I’ve already called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Total trash company!

Do not order from this website unless you are psychic and know for sure that you will want to keep the items ordered. I ordered multiple dresses for upcoming events and not one of them fitted me as I expected. I bought different dresses in different sizes and all of them were ill fitting and made poorly. The refund process is frustrating and if you do t pay attention, you’ll end up asking for an exchange and not a refund and that is the option that is most obvious (and forced in your face). A refund label is £20 which is unjustifiable when many other international brands do not charge for returns - feels like a scam to claw as much money back from clients as possible. If the dresses were of a good quality then a return would not be necessary - which is even more disappointing when the price of most items are much higher than other brands with free returns. DO BETTER AND ATOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH POOR QUALITY DRESSES

Spend £500 at this brand returned it all as the material of the clothes were soooo bad, it’s been a month and a half with no refund even though I have an email from them stating they have received my return. I have contacted them countless times with no response! Compete scam, having to call my bank to sort this!! Stay away!
$18 return fee,, WATCH OUT!
Dress took forever to arrive, didn't fit, and then we find out they charge an $18 return fee. What an absolute rip off. No company with policies like that deserves to be in business.

Terrible!!!! Listen to the reviews and do not order from this company. There are many cute dresses out there from other boutiques, don’t take your chances like I did. I ordered two dresses and one arrived, even though the shipping slip said both were in the package. I only received one! And they are ignoring my emails and refusing to refund me for the dress I never received! $88! I finally got a return on my email and they’re trying to say that it was stolen in parcel and that I can have a store credit. It wasn’t stolen. The package came fine. The dress just wasn’t inside it! Run!!!

Reason I am returning is item took over a week to be delivered when should have taken 4-5days so it missed the event. Website and app function below competitor standards. Items were average quality but sizing range hugely between styles. Would not use again.
Exceptional Customer Service
We had an issue with the zipper for the first dress, however even though we didnt get the replacement dress in time customer service was phenomenal and very responsive. 4 stars for customer service!

I have now been waiting a month for a refund of $100. They have received my goods and advised me I have a credit or a refund which they will email me to finalise within 10 days of receiving the email. I have now sent 5 emails, left 2 voicemails and now the phone doesn't even connect when you call them. DISGUSTING customer service. DO NOT order from this company.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 outfits. One is lovely but I want to return the other two. Website won’t recognise my order number, email or phone number to generate the return. I’ve spent weeks now emailing and trying to ring. No response to messages left and most times the phone number won’t connect. Very disappointing

Please do not shop here. This company is a scam and has no customer care operations. They do not respond to emails, made their phone number disconnected, and do not have live chat despite their website saying they do. They have held my package hostage and have no plans to refund me.

If I could go back in time, I would have NEVER ordered from here. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. The website won’t let me submit a return, giving an error message, and I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for over a week for assistance. They have yet to reply. I have tried everything, calling and emailing. I am beyond frustrated with them and am definitely never ordering again. The subpar quality of clothes are not worth this awful customer service. There is obviously a technology or account issue that is out of my control, and I spent 600 dollars on my order. Their complete disregard for customers’ issues is nothing short of appalling. Save yourself the headache!!!!

If I could give this company no stars I would!! Bought a FULL PRICE dress & wanted to return it as it was not suitable. Peppermayo refused to send a returns label because now the dress had gone into sale. Their returns policy clearly states full refunds will be given on full price items bought. DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!
