Awful quality, dress didn’t look anything like the photo. Returned the order and they are keeping £22 for shipping which they didn’t explain clearly. No resolution offered from customer support, don’t waste your money!

Lisa from Customer Service was extremely helpful. I returned a dress to order something else for an engagement party & it was taking a while to process my return. She was able to direct me to order my dress and she would refund me once my credit came in. My dress for my engagement party came on time and i promptly recieved my store credit and my return. Thank you Lisa for being so helpful and prompt!

I wore the Bronx and Banco dress dupe for Homecoming and honestly, it was such a nightmare.. I was so disappointed on how bad the quality was especially when I own a couple of dresses from Hello Molly. Yes, I got a lot of compliments and it looked beautiful from the outside, but the quality was terrible. The fabric and seams started ripping THE MINUTE I wore it, and mind you I ordered a small size, I am petite, so I expected for the dress to fit me well, although it did, it did not last for a long time. During dinner, I was eating and my dress zipper ripped open and it was genuinely so embarrassing, I had to keep stopping to fix it and my friends literally had to help me hold it together and unfortunately they couldn't because the zipper was stuck. I even overheard a few remarks from people in public about how it was falling apart. For something this expensive that I wasted with my hard earned money, it should NOT be this poorly made. I felt embarrassed and stressed the whole night instead of enjoying myself. Pretty design, but quality was disappointing.. definitely not worth the money for this specific dress. There are other Hello Molly dresses that are cheaper and have much of a better quality then the one I bought , I wish I could return this but it does not meet the return requirements which makes me upset. 🥲

Stephanie provided the most amazing customer service! We were so sad because my daughter's wedding plans changed and the dress we got from Hello Molly for the rehearsal dinner was no longer needed. We were outside of the return window, but they were gracious enough to allow us the return anyway. Thank you, Hello Molly, for your kindness during a sad time! The dress was going to be so adorable and was very good quality. Will definitely purchase from here in the future.

I had to return two dresses and only got store credit. When I tried to use the store credit, it wasn’t working for me. Customer service was great! Tanya responded to my emails quickly and was so helpful!

My daughter ordered a dress without reading the measurements by size and we found ourselves with a garment that wouldn't zip. I generally despise returning items, but the Happy Returns process to issue store credit was super simple and the credit was immediately available for use. Had a hiccup trying to use the store credit and customer service (Tanya, specifically) responded promptly with helpful information to get us moving in the right direction. Will continue to shop Hello Molly for my teens attire needs.
