Customer service superstars

Unfortunately the items i ordered from showpo weren’t quite what I thought but in saying that the process for me to return these items were made super easy. Communication was great and everything was fully refunded. I will definitely re order from showpo based on my experience with just returning a couple of items.

High Quality and Fast Delivery

I recently bought a few dresses and casual basics from Showpo and I couldn't be happier! The fit is absolutely perfect – they hug my body in all the right places and make me feel so confident. The quality of the fabric and stitching is amazing, especially for the price. I was also super impressed with how fast the delivery was – everything arrived much quicker than expected. Do not buy from here

When trying to return a dress it would not let me go past the email/order number page. They say they have live chat but they don’t, I emailed them (within 7 days of delivery) and they won’t respond to emails. Horrible company

They have everything you need on one site, with super fast delivery

I’ve bought several items from Showpo, the shipping is incredibly swift and the items look exactly like the images. If you are ever in the need of a dress the day of an event their same day delivery is amazing. Plus they have basics, to jeans, to formal wear, even bags and shoes, all on one site which is really convenient.

SCAMMERS! Do not buy from them.

I placed 2 separate orders totaling $600+. One on Oct 5 - standard shipping and second order Oct 7 with 1-2 day shipping before 12:30pm. Neither of my orders have shipped out. I haven’t received tracking for the first one. Second one tracking was created at 9:00pm when I emailed asking about tracking but has yet to update as of today. I have emailed multiple times asking them to Cancel and the claim they can’t because both orders are in transit. HOW?? Anyway, I will be calling my bank to get this sorted out, I have enough proof that this company is a SCAM and they want to keep your money. This is so sad, can’t believe they have time to post on social media but not respond to customers.

SCAM, BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming dance. I arrived and the shoulder straps were ridiculously long....I don't know who has that much space between their shoulders and torso but regardless, it didn't fit. I placed it in a return bag, paid the shipping even though I have my own account which was my first red flag. The company only allows you to ship through them for an additional $15. Everything on dress was exactly as it was upon delivery. It was not worn, tags were intact and obviously not washed. We returned it within the full refund window. I finally learned this morning that my refund was denied for one of the reasons which was not specified(tags removed, worn or washed.) None of these claims are true. There is no documentation on their end showing denial reason. This is a SCAM. The best part they just said denied. So what I paid for dress $85 and original shipping and then an additional $15 for their private shipping. They say it's denied and I am left with nothing...no dress, no refund no credit? There is no evidence to substantiate their claims and I have no recourse. BUYER BEWARE....go to lulus or anywhere else...this is a scam!

Order not delivered and Showpo refused refund

I paid for a Saturday delivery, as I needed it for Sunday, but it was not delivered until the following Wednesday. The tracking showed it was delivered on Saturday; however, the person who received it wasn't my name. I raised an issue with StarTrack, who stated that my name and address did not match the parcel sent by Showpo.

Not only was I refused a refund because the tracking showed it was delivered even though I had not received it, but I was also refused a refund for the Saturday delivery when it was received the following week. I worry that if I never received the parcel, I would be out $200+. Showpo needs refresher training on the Australian Consumer Law.
