£15 return fee for a faulty item!

Faulty and poor quality item yet requesting £15 for a return, which was dropped to £10 as good will!! The item is all frayed which they have said is normal!
Really bad service, do not recommend to use at all!!
Still waiting for a resolution.

I wish I has researched this company…

I wish I has researched this company before buying.
Items took 4 weeks to be delivered, can't get hold of anyone, asked for a return which they replied, I have sent back over 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Total scam company please be careful!!

Scams!!

Sent 2 phones, they sent 1 back without contacting me, and said they didn’t not receive the second.
When I asked for the CCTV footage of them opening the package they said they have checked this but would not send it to me to prove there was only 1 phone.
Still waiting a response.
Awful awful service do not use!!

Updated to respond-
I have asked your customer service team who states they are a manager 3 times for the official complaint procedure and reason they will not share the CCTV to resolve this but still waiting a response.
