I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Marissa from customer support – she was absolutely amazing!
I had to return my recent order because the sizing and fit weren’t quite right. Normally, I know refunds are given as store credit, but Marissa kindly arranged a full refund for me instead. The whole process was super easy, and I really appreciated how smooth everything was.
I’ve been shopping with Hello Molly for years and always recommend you to friends – this experience just reminded me why I love the brand so much.
