Tried to trick me out of 750 pounds. Had to go through my bank and set up a case against them to get it back. The entire time their finance team lied saying they had sent me a refund but then would back track and say they hadn’t sent it yet and this would go back and forth. I only got my refund once going against them with the bank. Do not trust them.

Usually good but this time poor correspondence regarding whereabouts of an important delivery.
Review of Drain Doctor
We have been experiencing a bad smell in our house and assumed it was a drainage issue.
We were told by the Drain Doctors that we had broken displaced drains beneath the house which needed nearly 3000 pounds worth of work. They also said they had visited an elderly lady who had been told by the Drain Doctors 2000 pounds worth of work was required to fix her issue when again this was not the case.
We then realised we had home serve insurance cover, engineers came out, used the same camera system as the Drain Doctors and found an intact drainage system with no breaks.
The report the Drain Doctors provided us included pictures of the broken pipes, the second engineers we saw advised that these pictures were infact not from our house at all.
Dishonest and disgraceful. Do not use this company.
