Return Smoother with Tanya
Tanya with Customer Support was very helpful. She was fast and responded with the process on the return policy and said that getting a refund rather than store credit is not what the policy states but she can change it for me. I missed that when purchasing the dresses so this policy would maybe deter people in the future but if there is a way around it, then I think Hello Molly should just be up front with that option. Also, FANTASTIC use of AI Molly getting me to a Live Agent. When the ticket was created, it included the conversation with the Virtual Molly and that is amazing! Too many times, the customer has to repeat themselves every escalation and it is very frustrating. Even though this purchase didn't work out, I will shop again in the future!
