Great customer service

Extremely Disappointed with Hello Molly’s Customer Support

I placed an order with Hello Molly and received a confirmation email shortly after. Within one hour, I contacted customer support to cancel the order. I was told that I would be helped but instead of taking immediate action, no one followed up for 24 hours.

By the time they responded, I was told the item had already been shipped and that their “team was quick to dispatch the parcel before any changes could be made.” If someone had actually assisted me when I reached out , which was well within a reasonable time , the order could have easily been canceled.

This experience was frustrating and shows a complete lack of urgency and care from customer support. I won’t be shopping here again and definitely won’t be recommending Hello Molly to anyone. Their service is unreliable and dismissive when you need real help.

Great Company to shop with!

I've been trying to find a dress for a wedding. I've order a few different styles and a few different colors and just haven't found the right one yet. Customer service has been amazing. The return process is Easy and basically as soon as the return is scanned, you have your in-store credit. Steph helped me with this last one and she was very positive, kind and helpful! Great company to shop with!

Dependable & Helpful

Typically I am really hesitant to order clothes online, especially a dress for a special occasion, because of the lack of flexibility / customer support I’ve experienced frequently with other retailers. Although, every time I’ve ordered from Hello Molly, the product has been shipped & delivered on time, in great condition, as pictured (read the reviews for sizing though!) , and of decent quality. I accidentally ordered the wrong dress color for a wedding earlier this week and I reached out desperate to cancel my order so that I could still purchase a dress on time. Marissa emailed me back within 2 hours, had cancelled my order and already returned the credit to my account. The dress was shipped 24 hours later, super quick. I’m so happy to have found a reliable online store with extensive options and excellent customer service. They are few and far between.

Quick fix to an expired credit

I had a credit on my account after purchasing a bridesmaids dress that just did not fit my body type. I forgot about the credit, and when I went to go use it a little over a year later, I realized it was expired. I contacted customer service and they reinstated the credit no questions asked. I really appreciate the help I received from Tanya. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back as a shopper. Thanks again, Tanya!!
