After arriving back from holiday and receiving the watch box from my neighbor who had kindly taken it in, we shocked to find the box open, plastic bag ripped apart and the watch gone! I was stressed. I contacted CLUSE on their website form and explained. They came back quickly and sent a form to complete and asked for photos. Which I supplied. Within 2 days a new watch for my granddaughters wedding gift was with me by UPS. The outer box was in a much better condition too. Thank you CLUSE
I was very happy with the watch and two bracelets I bought in March—they looked great and were worn only a few times for special occasions. However, one of the bracelets broke in August, and when I contacted customer service, I was told this wasn’t covered under their policy. The bracelet was less than six months old, and their team was completely unhelpful. I’m extremely dissatisfied with their service and will not be buying from this company again. Save your money and shop somewhere that actually values their customers and will look after them in such situations!

The last cluse watch I bought through their official website came defective. the watch buckle did not work and I contacted customer service. they asked me to send them purchase details and photos of the watch and the defective buckle in the next email. I did as requested. the answer was that they do not cover defects of that type, even though it was not a defect but a factory defect and that it was evident that the same thing happened due to my clumsy handling. that was absolutely not true. I noticed the malfunction as soon as I took the watch out of the box. very unprofessional and disappointing. I never buy a cluse watch again.

I've been using Cluse since they opened. Bought many watches and referred many friends and family. Back then, I never had to send watches back but for my last order I had to! That is when the nightmare started. I sent the watches via royal mail they cleared customs but the warehouse did not receive them on their end, so watches were sent back to me.
Telling Cluse this they told me to send them via ups (terrible company) as this is what they preferred. On doing so I noticed it hadn't cleared customs. I did everything possible but Cluse also needed to contact Ups and fill a form. They did not. My parcel was lost and nobody took responsibilty. The only person out of pocket was me.
I lost money twice in returns process which clues would refund me but since they never received the package I lost watches and all my money!
Absolutely disgusted they have robbed me
! A company making thousands but have no value for the customers at all. They just washed their hands of it completely. Will never use again nor refer anyone.

Great watches at a great price!
Bought some watches for myself and my relatives and honestly we all loved them. They still work super well to this day and are very pretty and fashionable.
Regarding the delivery, they were super fast and had no issues whatsoever. Greatly recommend!
I wanted to buy CLUSE watch and matching jewellery; needed it for Mother's Day. I ordered it on Thursday morning and it arrived Friday afternoon. Excellent service.
Unfortunately there was a small issue with the item i bought. Fortunately the help sector of the company worked wonders and solved the issues i found. Very good quality of the final item and very helpful support staff. Looking forward to buy more products!
Ordered a watch. Looked great in the pictures and also nice when i received the watch. After 1 day of normal wear at my office job it was full of scratches and damaging. Emailed costumer service and they say it is my own fault. Won't come up with a solution, i have to buy a new watch band myself. Never buying CLUSE again!!

Everything was wrong. The beautiful watch was delivered promptly. The catch did not work and the watched stopped after a few hours. I immediately contacted customer care and was told to go to a Cluse shop and get a new battery. No such shop near me. My local Jeweler would charge £60 for a new battery. This did not address the broken clasp. I filled in a returns form and printed their address label and returned it. They would not take delivery. They claimed it was the wrong address, but I printed the address they gave me. No more assistance. I had to take it up with my credit card. Timeless!!

I ordered the black/gray backpack - the biggest size. There was a mixup with the delivery and the package ended up on its way back to Cluse. Despite this being a delivery system's error, when I reached out to Cluse, they immediately offered a refund or to resend it, I chose to resend, and got the backpack only four days later!! Justyna was the person I was talking to - she resolved everything super quickly and she was really nice and to the point. Great customer service, and the bag ended up being really great too! Overall, very happy

The review is not directly linked with the product received but rather the misleading information in Cluse website about the shipping cost. Although when completing the order, and declaring the delivery address (CH), the shipping cost was clearly displayed as FREE, I was surprised when received an invoice by ups for the delivery which was 35% of the product cost! I contacted Cluse customer service (providing the evidence from the order displaying FREE shipping) and the response received was that the delivery country was not within EU therefore extra charges may occur which they cannot predict and this is included in the terms & conditions fine print. It is understandable to have a cost for delivery outside EU but it is misleading to the consumer to display ‘FREE shipping’ after the address is declared and not to inform about the extra cost in advance so the costumer can decide on the purchase. I have made multiple purchases outside EU and it was always clear when a cost would be added for delivery or if declared free it was indeed free!

The Customer Care Team was very kind and helpful when I received an empty parcel. The order I had placed was stolen from the parcel during transport. After contacting Customer Care they quickly responded and sent me my original order within 2 days after I sent them the proof.
