I ordered my watch back at the start of April 2020 and now it is nearly the end of May. I tried emailing them and no response and I also got in contact with Hermes and they said it was getting sent back to the sender. I used my laptop and went onto their website and found a Live Chat for them which never showed on my phone or iPad. Luckily they were finally helpful and they are re-sending my order again using UPS, not Hermes as who I spoke to had a link showing me Heremes tried to deliver but not once I had seen this link and like usual Hermes lies. I am waiting for the parcel to be delivered again and hoping this time it will arrive.
Ordered 2.5 weeks ago. Their tracking got stuck 1 week ago. Local shipper tracking does not, so wrote emails to their customer service with no reply within 7 days. They state that 3-5 days is avr repsonse time during COVID-19. Missed to arrive by my GFs bday. Got in touch with via their live chat. No apology from their service agent. Confirmed my address (which was correct) and did not receive any ETA on when their logistics department will sort this out. What is there more to say..?
I have never seen such an amazing customer service before with online shopping. I have ordered a Christmas gift for my mother from Cluse, but due to Black Friday, all deliveries have been severely delayed because our orders got stuck somewhere during delivery. It was extremely important for me to get it on time, as I was leaving the UK to go home for Christmas and I would not need the jewellery any more after Christmas. As I informed their customer service department about my situation, they have made a new order and shipped it immediately by express delivery, so it was with me the next morning, just in time. They have just cancelled the old one and it came back to them. I was extremely surprised and really appreciate it.
I placed the order 28th February 2020 still yet to this date receive my watch (12/3) Delivery service said it was “stuck” I wasn’t able to access the chat service due to work commitments, x3 emails put forward to customer service. I am shocked by how difficult it is to get a response.
Further up date.... managed to get on the”chat” and a replacement watch was then issued, arrived next day with a different delivery service 🤔 up on receiving the replacement watch I finally received a email reply from the customer service team. Feels all a little suspicious however perfect beautiful watch but I will absolutely not be using their website again, I will locate a store that supply’s their brand instead.

although the shipment confirmation e-mail never arrived, my order did, earlier than expected. the rings seem to be of great quality.
Doesn't even deserve a one star review. Have already waited three weeks for a delivery. Have sent multiple emails, and social media messages to be told to wait further to see if the package will be delivered. Was told a replacement was on the way - which has also not been delivered.
Have since asked for a refund, yet again no reply.
Disgraceful.
Shocking service!
Ordered a watch as a Christmas present. Waited two weeks for delivery as advised then spent more than another week chasing up the watch that had supposedly been despatched.
Long story short- after incessant chasing and pestering them through online chat and email they sent a “replacement” which magically arrived two days later.
Shame that it took so much to get them to do anything at all- seeing as the original never turned up, I don’t think it had been despatched at all in the first place!
Fine to lure you in with discounts and promises but the customer service is so lacking that I would never trust them with another penny of mine!
So bad. Honestly, you should never risk using this company. Watch ordered for Christmas, arrived damaged. To date have emailed them 7 times and no response. Same automated response saying its a very busy season and they'll reply when they can. I tried Twitter and got a copy and paste from "Grace" saying I should try the live chat on the website but it doesn't even exist!! Complete joke and a total embarrassment.
I ordered a Cluse watch for my husband for Christmas - they took the money within 48 hours but the watch has NEVER arrived. I still don't have it but they have my money. Its absolutely scandalous.
I've raised three tickets on their website, I've tried to call their contact centre in The Netherlands twice - each time I've waited for 30 minutes and haven't managed to get through to anyone either time.
It is appalling how a business can operate like this and seemingly get away with it. I wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before ordering. Now the only route is legal action.
I ordered a replacement strap for my wife's La Boheme watch. I had to change the size and sent it back and at the same time paid for the replacement strap. Almost a month later the replacement strap has not been sent nor have I been refunded for the original strap even though it has been delivered back to Close. Email requests are met with an automated response and no follow up save to refer you to a non-existent chat line. Hopeless.
2 months after returned unwanted goods and I’m still waiting for my refund to be issued. Will never buy from this poor excuse for a company ever again.
Love the design, but sadly particles has gotten into the watch (after 8 months of minimal use), scratching the inside of the lens. For the cost of the watch, I would expect a better quality product. A waste of money.
2 weeks and still the watch hasn’t arrived.. Customer service didn’t acknowledge my ticket and are very difficult to get hold of. Finally managed to get a response off the online chat to tell me that it hadn’t been dispatched yet, even though I received the dispatch confirmation almost 2 weeks ago. Definitely won’t be ordering from Cluse again!

I have owned two watches over the last 3 years and have never had a problem with either of them. Was given another watch as a Christmas present this year which was defective and had a fault within the dial.
I did have trouble trying to get in touch with the company's customer service. When I finally did get through, the company sent out a completely new watch and didn't require me to send the defective one back. Received the new watch the next day.
Overall, I'm very happy with the service but took a star off because of the trouble I had contacting their customer service over the two week period.
I’ve owned a Cluse watch since Dec 2018, and personally I love it. However, from my own, recent experience, and looking at other reviews, it seems like the company hasn’t got the capacity/ procedures or will to deal with customer service requests.
I ordered two watches in November 2019. One arrived late. I have returned it. Heard nothing. The other arrived and didn’t work. I have since heard nothing from the company.
Really disappointing and would no longer recommended or buy again.
Made an order, a black watch strap, for replacement on 20th December 2019. However, till now, I didn't received anything. I could not track my order. And, The customer service did not respond back to my emails. I totally have no idea what to do now!
Took weeks to respond to emails, many hours on the chat. Got back my refund, but am all in all not happy with the service.
Absolute thieves!!!! No item and absolutely no response to emails or resolution tickets. Currently claiming money back through PayPal. Avoid!!!!
