never again
The last cluse watch I bought through their official website came defective. the watch buckle did not work and I contacted customer service. they asked me to send them purchase details and photos of the watch and the defective buckle in the next email. I did as requested. the answer was that they do not cover defects of that type, even though it was not a defect but a factory defect and that it was evident that the same thing happened due to my clumsy handling. that was absolutely not true. I noticed the malfunction as soon as I took the watch out of the box. very unprofessional and disappointing. I never buy a cluse watch again.
