Ordered a watch and two personalized bracelets. When the shipment arrived, one of the bracelets were missing. I took pictures and emailed customer support, who responded quickly and fixed their warehouse shipping error by getting a new bracelet made and shipped right away. Both shipments arrived quickly as well. I’ve bought a few pieces from Rosefield before which have not tarnished and still loving them. The quality and the customer service of this company is well worth it!
I do have to say with the watches, it would be nice if came with a tool or instructions on how to resize it. Can be found on their website but still.

My order got lost TWICE! It wasn’t even sent properly, and no one seems to know anything, not even customer service!
After 14 days since I placed my order, I still haven’t received any update on my SECOND shipment.
Customer service at Rosefield is just a joke!!!
They just keep saying, “The order has left our facility, we can’t do anything else.”
Unbelievable!

After ordering the wrong earrings for my daughters birthday present, the earrings were returned to the company, unfortunately they were stuck in Customs. I was asked to pay a fee for them to be sent to the company, which i refused to pay as it was a return item and not something that i was selling to anyone. Customs advised it would take 12 weeks to return the items to me. I emailed customer support at Rosefield, Anne was able to check where the package was. This was eventually all sorted thanks to Anne at Customer Support.

I ordered a watch from Rosefield for my daughter’s birthday and the package arrived completely destroyed by water. The box, the gift bag, everything was falling apart.
I contacted Rosefield immediately by sending them a whatsapp message with some pictures of the damaged items and they got back to me within 12h apologizing for the state of my order and they told me that a replacement watch was going to be sent the following day.
Sure enough the next day I received an email saying my order was on its way.
That’s what I call excellent customer service. It was efficient, fast and no questions were asked. They even said there is no need to send the original watch back. Wow!
It was my first order with them and probably not the last.

Despite the fact that they made a mistake in the order and sent me a different watch model, after contacting me I immediately received a response from support who was extremely nice and helpful and the correct watch was sent within 2 days. I could even keep the wrong model as it was not my fault. Great approach from the company, fast delivery and amazing quality of the watch!!!❤️❤️❤️

Purchased a replacement watch but accidentally ordered the wrong size. £10 return cost and then expects me to print the label with no other option (I.e. QR code)! It’s not 2004!

I ordered a watch from Rosefield. According to their website stainless steel straps are adjusted by removing links. When I received my watch I noticed I couldn’t remove links, it was a different design which wasn’t suitable for me as it made the strap too bulky as there was a lot of overlap. I contacted Rosefield about this and they refused to offer me free return postage. They acknowledged the design of the strap has changed and that their website was incorrect about the strap adjustment. They said they communicated the change in strap design in a previous newsletter which I should have read! Completely ridiculous that they are expecting customers to read historic newsletters before making any purchase decision! Would strongly advise other people not to buy a watch here as the website is misleading (giving incorrect info) and their customer service is poor.

My watch has developed a fault, including misting under the glass, despite there being no visible damage to the watch. I was informed that the warranty would not cover this issue, as it was claimed that the watch had clearly been underwater beyond its intended limits. This is not correct — the watch has only ever been used as a dress watch and has never been submerged or exposed to conditions beyond normal wear.
The aftersales team would not engage with me to discuss the matter further and refused to replace or repair the watch under warranty. They would not even offer to inspect the watch to assess the fault.

I decided to return the watch and had to pay £15 shipping to the Netherlands… needless to say I wouldn’t have ordered this if I had realised that return will cost this much given Rosefield advises that you send with ‘insurance’ in case it goes missing.
UPDATE 21.9
One month after my return I still HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I paid £15.20 for the return with guarantee as it's an expensive item and upon tracking it on Royal Mail I see that it's still 'pending' due to being held by the customs in destination customs. DO THEY MAKE IT CLEAR THAT YOURE BUYING FROM ABROAD AND IT IS AN EXPENSIVE RETURN? NO! So far, I'm out of £120 + £15.20= OVER £135.20 and no watch! what a joke! I would've never bought it if I had known!

I can not fault the process and delivery for this company, it was excellent! But I am disappointed with my products, got a 3 coin necklace with initials on each coin, the engraving is not very noticeable and the coins keep turning over so all you can see is rosefield engraved on the back. If looking for an initial necklace I would not recommend this. I also got a 3 birthstone bracelet, again the birthstones just kept turning over and you could only see a gold base and not the actual colour of the stones. I have worn both items tight and loose to try and get them to stay in place somewhat, but unfortunately not. It is a pity the initials are not engraved on both sides and same with the bracelet.
