Late delivery, no information

A Christmas present was delivered late, despite having ordered before the cut-off date and time. No communication from Cluse, an unclear tracking system, no apologies. If your logistics are unable to cope with the demand at peak times, and making a return costs €15 or more (!), you should make sure your customers have other options (i.e. order via another website) and are informed about the wait times. The watches and bracelets are great, but if it’s this inconvenient to order and return, I will think twice about ordering from Cluse next time.

Please note, all mentioned delivery terms (shipping days, delivery time in working days, shipment date etc.) on the Website should be understood as estimated delivery terms and cannot be understood as final delivery terms or guaranteed delivery terms. We are sorry to hear the parcel arrived later than expected. Most likely this is due tot he holiday season.
