I’ve now been waiting over 12 days for my refund after a return that was correctly received. Brandfield refers to internal delays, but that is not the customer’s responsibility. Communication has been poor, and I’ve indicated that I will submit a formal notice of default on Friday. A very disappointing experience. Ticket number: #100692.

Buyer Beware: I ordered a set of three supposed 14k gold bangles from Isabel Bernard/Brandfield.
First issue: Item arrived and all three bangles were stuck together and could not be worn indivudualy as the listing claimed.
Second issue: I took them to my jeweler who is a master goldsmith to have them appraised. I figured I could have him separate them and sodder them back together if I wanted, but he tested them and said they are not 14k gold so he didn't do any work on them.
I reached out to the seller to return the item but they insist I cover return shipping. Legally, I am not permitted to send fine jewelery internationally via US Post so my only option is DHL which costs upwards of $100 USD.
I'm already out $600+
I explained the situation to IB and asked that they send a return label so I may return the item to them safely. They are refusing.
Any company that sells "fine jewelery" and refuses to make the return easy for the customer is likely scamming you and hoping you'll get frustrated and not bother with the return.
Do not buy from Isabel Bernard or Brandfield.

I placed an order here end of November. The delivery was fast, but unfortunately, the clasp of the bracelet was defective. I had to return it.
A few days later, I received a message confirming that my return had been received and that the money would be refunded. However, it has now been almost a month, and I still haven’t received my refund.
I have tried calling both Isabel Bernard and Brandfield multiple times, but neither company answers. It even seems like their entire phone lines have been disconnected.
Since they were unreachable by phone, I sent several emails to both parties, but I haven’t received any response to those either.
I am still waiting for my money and have had no communication whatsoever!
Absolutely not recommended!! I have never experienced such terrible customer service before.

Placed an order for a watch the end of December. It's now three weeks later and it hasn't come and the "tracking" begins and ends on 31/12/24; it hasn't moved or added anything since that original posting. It seems like several other people have dealt with the same useless tracking link. I emailed six days ago and am still waiting for a response, which they say could take five working days. Any other place I ever did business with had a policy of one or two days to get back to someone. I see that most people get the response/threat that if they email more than once, they'll be put at the back of the line. Another classy move I've never seen anywhere else. I just want the watch I paid for and to be done with this place. The order number is #BF-5000005538. Over three weeks to go from the Netherlands to Ireland? C'mon.

Package ordered on 7th Jan and delivered on 14th Jan to Ireland I was worried about negative reviews from customers and I’m so glad I choose your company. Very high standard of shipping including packaging. Invoice was sent on next day and also tracking number. Highly recommend to everyone and definitely I will order again. Given the advertised delivery timeframe to Ireland is 3/5 working days, I confidently ordered a necklace and earrings on the 14th Dec as a Christmas present. Having tracked the parcel, there has been no movement since the 17th of December. I wrote to customer care and they said there was nothing they could do. I wrote to the carrier company and they raised an investigation with Brandfield customer care only to be told it would arrive shortly. It’s now the 5th of January, I’ve had no update and no parcel. I appreciate that there are ongoing port issues and that this is likely to be delaying the parcel, but Brandfield has not provided me any reason for delay, and their website doesn’t state any delays to deliveries. Disappointing experience.

Ordered a watch on the 16th of December as a gift. The website states 3-5 business days for delivery, meaning the watch should have arrived on the 23rd at the latest. Disappointing. I should have looked at these 3.5 reviews before ordering from here.

Paid for a watch on the 5th, checked multiple times a day for tracking updates.its the 18th and still no update. I understand that there are some postal disruptions in certain places, but the tracking hasnt even updated beyond the initial stage.
No communication from Brandfield, and no reply from customer care. Not happy at all and will most likely think twice about placing any future orders.

I was disappointed to learn that Brandfield requires customers to pay for return shipping. In today’s online shopping environment, this is frustrating and discourages me from purchasing again. I hope they reconsider this policy.

It’s my first time dealing with you , i placed an order and i pay for delivery charge , and it was 3-5 business days - FedEx supposed to deliver within this period !!?

Stuff you buy is fine, but they offered a "100 euro goodie bag" which is borderline fake advertising. Two product by a drop shipping company they value at 50euros, a flimsy stainless steel bracelet and sunglasses with the most basic glasses in them. The quality is like at a souvenir shop.
Then a 30euro voucher that is only valid after buying something for 150euros, in due time I can probably find similar ones for free online. Only the foundation for my girlfriend was a reasonable addition as that stuff is always pricey
It's upselling products worth maybe 25euros is scummy

The order is delayed and no updates.
On your website it says that EU shipping is 2-5 business days. Well, I submitted my order of a 359.10 euro watch, last Thursday the 11th of July, and the payment went through on Friday. So, I thought I should give it the whole week plus last Friday. I had ordered products from the other side of the world that arrived faster. Could you at least look into my order and update me as I received no further updates after the 15th. My review is not final.
Update: Thank you for your quick response. I received the package today. The package was in perfect condition and in a nice gift bag. As I said, my review wasn't final and after your professional response the minor delay isn't enough to keep me from giving you 5 stars.
Maybe a bit better tracking and updating in the future would help customers have a peace of mind.

I wrote but nobody replied till something happened and the parcel arrived in Italy and Brandfield answered my e-mails.

I saw a G-Shock on Brandfield's website for a reasonably good discounted price, and then came here to see what other customers had experienced when purchasing from Brandfield.
I was satisfied by what I read in other reviews and in particular, Brandfield's responses to the reviews. So I reistered on their website to get a further 10% reduction and pulled the trigger.
I was a bit anxious I will say while I waited for the watch to be delivered. However, everything went very smoothly. I got all the relevant shipping notifications and the watch arrived on schedule.
The watch arrived properly protected in the postage packaging and once the box was opened I discovered the watch box to be beautifully presented in a gift bag. The watch itself was in perfect new condition and all the protective film was in place.All documents and instructions were also intact. I am really stoked with my purchase.
I can certainly recommend Brandfield as a go to place for online watch shopping. They have now earned my trust. I will be back onto their website when the urge to purchase another watch in the future becomes too strong to resist.

Order came in really quick. Getting your money back when returning an item is a different story.
The watch I ordered was too big so I send it back. Got an email on may 1st saying the got the watch back and will email me back within seven days. They didn’t. After two weeks I send them an email asking about my refund. I got an automatic response saying it’s quite busy but that’s it.
18 days later I still haven’t heard from them and I still don’t have my money back…
