Poor return processes. I'm extremely disappointed with it. It's especially a hassle if you're ordering from abroad (which they allow to). Free shipping? Yes! Free of charge return? Nope.

Really disappointed with Cluse following an order for a watch for my fiancée's birthday in November. The watch arrived and looked a bit off, it wouldn't fit my fiancée's wrist (was too small). Thought nothing of it, brought it to a jeweller and she laughed saying she has never seen a watch this small in terms of circumference. Cluse provided us with two links in the original order. I reached out to Cluse to explain the situation, they informed me that the pictures show that the watch was as intended and if I want extra links there will be a charge. Having dealt with previous supplies (Rosefield), who went above and beyond with requests and additional information, I feel extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.
Anyway I've proceeded with the purchasing of additional links, because i just want my fiancée to be able to wear her birthday watch (bday was November 10th), but I know I wont be purchasing anything from this supplier again.

Absolutely shocking customer service. There are much better brands with retailers who provide excellent service. I was thrilled to have been purchased a Cluse watch and extra straps as a gift from my husband when our second child was born. Unfortunately the battery died after 3 years and I was/am unable to find a jeweller or watch expert who could remove the back. It has been almost one year of trying. The customer support emails from Cluse are sarcastic, rude and patronising. After email one their only solution was to buy a new watch as my warranty is expired. Email two I said it isn't good enough and suggested they offer repair support etc. The response was sarcastic and rude. Extremely shocked. I would hope the people who created Cluse would be watching their employees closely as they deal with customer support as it is disgusting and with a company making millions customer service is the least they can do to give back to once loyal customers. I followed all advice frim Cluse as well. So dissapointed.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Placed order online & realised within 20 mins I’d made a mistake. Messaged customer service within 30 mins asking to amend order and told that nothing could be done to either cancel or change the order! Really?!! The order could not possibly have been received let alone prepared by their warehouse within half an hour, yet I have been informed I will have to wait for watch to be packaged & shipped and then reject it in the UK, so it can then be shipped back and a refund processed some weeks after that! *****TERRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE*****
The minute hand dropped, but you can't remove the caliber from the backside because the opening is to small so you have to remove the glass which is almost impossible. Bad buy, bad quality.
The watch I bought is really nice, their customers service is really good and quick. I needed it because I had a mailfunction after the end of the waranty. They offered me a realy fair price for a new watch. I love it so much I didn't even think about it. Thank you!

At first I was worried because the first delivery somehow got lost (ordered a UPS fast delivery). Then I got in touch with Cluse customer service and they sent me another delivery which arrived quickly. Their service was 5 stars, they replied in a couple of hours and they gave me the option of resend the products or get a refund. All products look very nice as expected.

To delete your data they want you to fill out a PAPER form, sign, send a copy of your passport. Terrible service.
They dispatched the watch within the time as per the website. And the watch is beautiful. Orderd to the UK. However their customer service is SLOW. Just a heads up. When I initially had a Q over email they took two weeks to reply. But the process from payment to receiving the watch it was perfect
Worst customer experience ever!! Don't buy by Cluse directly on their page. I've ordered 2 watches and both were different than the pictures on their website. Second, when I asked them to take a look with me and solve the issue, it took them 10 days to reply and I received an email on how to return the products without any solution, apology, or what so ever. No, they've changed the names of the watches on their website (but forgot to change the URL link so you could still see the name how I ordered the watches) and told me it's probably a mistake and that's about it. When I started a chat (the only way to reach them, no phone number nothing) I asked them again for a solution and again, returning instructions over the chat, meaning I have to pay to return the package while they're making mistakes on their website and providing me the worst customer service without receiving the product I actually ordered. I'm not easily mad, and I never write bad reviews understanding mistakes can happen. But, this is by far the worst service I ever received.
Awful service. I ordered my watch and several days passed with no updates other than an email that didn’t have correct tracking details. I contacted Cluse via their online chat and was told that my order had be shipped incorrectly, and that they would have to send out another watch. If I hadn’t called they would have never let me know. I asked for next day delivery, as they had made a mistake but was just told that they don’t and won’t do that. I felt really rubbish about how the dealt with the situation and I was made to feel demanding just for asking for what I’d paid for, to get to me sooner, as they had messed up the order. I still haven’t revieved the watch and I am concerned that it may never turn up. A total unorganised and chaotic company, with some much needed customer service training. I will not be purchasing anything from Cluse again and if you are reading this please heed my warning. None of my family or friends will be making any purchases either.
I've returned the watch for a refund and it has been two weeks and ive still not got my money back. Your online chat advisor told me "what can we do? We cannot do anything for you because we have not received the watch in our warehouse". Left me feeling helpless as if you just robbed me and I cannot do anything about it! Never again will I ever purchase from Cluse !
Delighted so I am I was abit iffy ordering as the reviews are a hit in a miss but I got the rose gold gift box watch for my mam for her birthday. The item came today and its absolutely beautiful and it only took 5 days to come will definitely be ordering again very soon thank you very much Cluse couldn't be happier 😊😊
Was over a month late to receive the product.
Have now had the watch less than a year roughly 7 months and the strap that came with the watch I purchased has broken. the clasp that attaches the strap to the watch has fallen out as a defect of the product.
When asking about getting a replacement part which can easily be fixed or a replacement strap, I was sent a link to re-purchase the strap. Which i am clearly not going to do as it has broken after only 7 months due to a fault with the product and is SO RUDE as I spent a lot of money on a watch I thought would last. And being told to buy a whole new strap when it could easily be fixed is so wasteful and unsustainable. Not Impressed at all.
