Waited in twice this week for a package…
Waited in twice this week for a package only to get a "sorry we missed you" text when driver didn't even ring the buzzer. Need to hand an item over as it's an exchange so I'm really worried as last time I had to get item delivered to coop days later.
Called customer services but they are unable to call the driver despite the fact that he's still on shift. It's such poor service from a delivery company.
