Waited in twice this week for a package…

Waited in twice this week for a package only to get a "sorry we missed you" text when driver didn't even ring the buzzer. Need to hand an item over as it's an exchange so I'm really worried as last time I had to get item delivered to coop days later.
Called customer services but they are unable to call the driver despite the fact that he's still on shift. It's such poor service from a delivery company.

WARNING! Nice products BUT overpriced, stressful system and customer service is POOR

Products are quite nice, but not worth the full price and the whole thing feels like a scam. I've been very stressed.
You have a 5 day window every month to 'skip' the monthly payment they take - but they don't send a reminder. I called to ask them to change this and they blamed me said it was due to a setting I'd set up saying I didn't want promo emails. Weird, because I get promo emails just no reminders. Went on to my account to fix this but can't see where I would.
You can't get the money back once it's been taken which I strongly feel is against consumer rights. That money also becomes 'credits' so you also can't use it on sale items. I've tried to spend mine but currently have £39 sitting there and I honestly think I'm just going to forfeit it to save any more hassle of dealing with them.
The balance was higher before and I spent about 40 mins on the phone begging to get some of the money back. Eventually they said as a goodwill gesture they would refund some of the money as I hadn't been getting reminder emails but they lied as I never got any refund.
I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them and I definitely would not recommend signing up.

Overpriced for the quality

Overpriced for the quality. The watch strap that I got was a suede and it stained very quickly, looking mucky constantly and then falling apart along the side seam within a year.
When I got in touch with the company to discuss this, they pointed the finger at me insinuating that I had stained it. They also referred to complex cared ‘advice’ and when I pointed out that I had not received any such guidance with the watch they had no comment to make other than suggesting I buy myself new Cluse products at full price.
I did buy myself a replacement strap in the sale and opted for leather this time which so far seems more robust. Fingers crossed it lasts better.
Had far more compliments from previous cheaper brands and would not buy from Cluse again.

Dumped on doorstep 2 days late, poor communication

Failed to deliver, did not leave a card and app had no update.
It was a fresh food box from 'Mindful Chef' clearly labelled "LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE MUST BE DELIVERED TODAY CHECK LABEL FOR INSTRUCTIONS OR CALL DEPOT IF IN DOUBT".
However the package then disappeared. Contacted webchat and was promised an update the next day but this did not come. 48 hours later the package was dumped on my doorstep. Buzzer was not rung and so despite several people being in (I was having a boiler fitted) it had to be found in the street by one of the engineers when getting parts from his van!
No details online of how to complain - they want you to do it by phone so there is no trail. Ridiculously poor customer service.

Returns policy issues

Product was not as expected and wanted to return, but there is not a store near to me and returns policy is disappointing. Paying £2.99 to return an item which had been reduced to £10.34 seemed silly so I still have it... lagging behind other retailers Blacks!
