Delivery
The package was delivered within a week, the tracking was precise and updated regularly. The bag I ordered came without any flaws.
The only issue was with the local delivery but that is not on the company so deducting stars for that would be unfair.

Worst customer service
I recently ordered a bag from your company. While the bag itself arrived in a timely manner, I was disappointed to find that the quality was poor. Despite this, I still liked the design and therefore requested a replacement, providing photos as requested.
My request for replacement was approved, but instead of receiving the replacement bag, I was unexpectedly issued a refund without any communication. I had been waiting for the replacement to use on an upcoming trip, so this decision—made without consultation—left me both inconvenienced and frustrated.
The explanation that the bag may not have been in stock is not acceptable, as this is a best-selling item that consistently appears available for purchase. This makes the handling of my case appear dismissive and careless.
Overall, this has been a very poor customer service experience. I am extremely dissatisfied, to the point that I will be returning another bag I previously purchased from your company. While I appreciate your products in principle, the lack of quality control and the disregard for customers’ concerns are unacceptable.

Misleading Dimensions – Laptop Doesn’t Fit for Bali backpack
I bought the Bali backpack from Kapten & Son. The bag looks nice, but the dimensions listed were not accurate, which was the main reason I chose this model. The sleeve for a 16-inch laptop is smaller than described, and my laptop doesn’t fit. The opening of the laptop sleeve is quite stiff and narrower than the sleeve inside, making it unusable for the purpose I bought it for. They should had at least write it up.

The worst customer support by Amine!!
I got a backpack ordered with the promise of a certain delivery date that was published in writing on their website. The bag didn’t come in time and I left the country.
I asked them for a refund to cancel and it was such a ridiculous process of them blaming DHL. So maybe don’t advertise certain delivery, under deliver and then blame someone else?
1 month later I want to get this bag again but last time was at a big discount during their birthday sale. Asked Amine if he can issue the same coupon and he said no.
I don’t understand how some companies have zero understanding of customer service and just basic common sense. Stay away!

An extremely good company to purchase from and customer service is fantastic!
I recently had a very pleasant shopping experience at Kapten and Sons. My daughter needed a good backpack and it is extremely well made, lots of space and pockets, really light and comes with a protective bag. It folds over for extra space when you need it.Unfortunately, due to a delivery problem completely beyond Kapten's control, my order was delayed. Amine answered my messages promptly, politely and efficiently. I am looking forward to browsing and hopefully purchasing some more items from Kapten.I feel that there are several companies that could learn a lot from Kapten's fantastic service! Very impressed!

Poor choice in delivery partner
Poor choice in delivery partner. Order made on 31 August and expected delivery was 2/3 Sept and it’s now 11th and still item still has not been received. No reply from courier, tracking stopped being updated and my vacation starts tomorrow 🤷♂️.

I received my Banff Forest Green without the shoecover. After contact the customer service, they send me in a few days the shoe cover. Great and efficient service. Great products and a customer service fast and efficient
