Nice packaging and delivered when said. The books were in excellent condition. I'd prefer to be informed about the stages of the order though :)

Dear CLUSE i have bought a watch on 4th …

Dear CLUSE i have bought a watch on 4th of December 2017. I have contacted with your customer care team the very next day, in which we talked about the watch's defectiveness. Time was simply not shown correctly, with the indicator always in between the numbers instead of being exactly on the correct number when it hit o'clock. Finally, you agreed that i should send you the watch and follow some next steps. The watch arrived at your company a week ago ( i saw it on the ups tracking number), but i have not received an update email yet. Can you please enlighten me? It's been over 1month and a half already with this issue.

Our repair center will provide you with the next steps as soon as they have processed the return shipment. They are a little busier than usual due to the holiday season but they will make sure you will receive a working watch as soon as possible.
