Well… I have used ACW for a number of…

Well… I have used ACW for a number of years but I don’t think I will again. Engineer was polite and helpful and explained it all to me and then left leaving me with instructions in relation to the pressure in the system. All good. Then I notice water. Cleaned it up and put a tissue below to make sure it had stopped… it hadn’t. So called them up and explained. Was told I would have to pay for a call out at over £100 per hour and would have to wait 5 days before anyone could come round. Not the service I would expect when the engineer hadn’t done up the valve properly after draining some water out to check the water in the system. Very disappointed ☹️

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, we are genuinely sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed on this occasion. As I explained from our telephone conversation this morning, this is not the usual level of service that we aim to provide, especially when an issue may have resulted from our visit.

We will be taking a further look into this internally to see what went wrong on this occasion and how we can prevent this in the future.

As I mentioned, we are more than happy to send one of our engineers to come and take a look if the system is still leaking. We truly hope this hasn’t ruined your opinion of us entirely. We value your loyalty over the years and would really like the opportunity to regain your trust.

Polite and friendly engineer

Texts received to confirm time of arrival the night before and then from the engineer to say they’re on their way. Great service, polite and friendly engineer who tells you what he’s doing. Leaves the area clean and tidy, and double checks he’s not left any tools behind. Would and do recommend to anyone who asks.

Thorough job

Nice polite engineer who did a thorough job on my annual boiler service. Respectful of my home and gave a full report on what had been done. Also reviewed my carbon monoxide detector and advised replacing it although not able to provide a replacement.

Stylish quality watches

Just bought a watch for my daughter for her birthday following purchasing the same watch for myself a year ago. Lovely stylish watches that are well made. Beautiful to look at and easy to adjust.

I’ve worn mine everyday since purchasing and the only thing wrong is a little wear of the clasp but that’s probably my fault as I work in an office and use a PC everyday and the watch being on my wrist is always rubs against the desk surface. I usually get a little skin irritation on the inside of my wrist wearing metal watches but not with this one.

They come well packaged and delivery is quite quick.

All in I would highly recommend Cluse watches.

Excellent!

Have bought 2 Apple phones and a number of books from MusicMagpie. The service is always excellent, very fast delivery and items always as described. You worry about buying second hand electonics but the warranty puts your mind at rest and I have recommended them to lots of friends, family and colleagues.
