After arriving back from holiday and receiving the watch box from my neighbor who had kindly taken it in, we shocked to find the box open, plastic bag ripped apart and the watch gone! I was stressed. I contacted CLUSE on their website form and explained. They came back quickly and sent a form to complete and asked for photos. Which I supplied. Within 2 days a new watch for my granddaughters wedding gift was with me by UPS. The outer box was in a much better condition too. Thank you CLUSE

Very clear form and procedure. Process is explained at the start what will happen at what stage. A the status of your claim is too.

Only snag I've got is the support email they sent doesn't work. It states wrong email address. So I'm waiting for when I can reply on an email

I received 4 t shirts. In good order and on time. Courier was nice and efficient.

One item I had to return because it was massive compared to the other 3. One of which was exactly the same but a different colour

I was penalized the pound for this return and I think that's a poor show as it was not an order error or any other reason than wrong sized.

The ease of the website. The explanations, the DOUBLE CHECK on sizes and underlay needs. Our advisor JUNAID has been a pleasure to deal with. Helpful going the extra mile, knowledgeable and. CARING. He was so careful we wouldn't order incorrectly. Unusual these days. I would recommend this company. Not had the flooring yet but I feel sure it will meet our expectations. Thanks Junaid!
